GoogleAwful. Apparently they didn’t know that the property I was going to buy had legal issues and was part of a relevant building. Had to pull out and they caused me a huge headache finding somewhere else to live. Surely an estate agent should know these important details???

GoogleWe recently purchased our house through David Jordan, and were impressed by the team there. We dealt mainly with David, Alex and Ian, all of whom are professional, courteous and efficient. They proactively kept us updated with progress on the purchase (we never had to chase them), and they were excellent at spotting and dealing with potential problems before they became real headaches. Very highly recommended.

FacebookSuper helpful and friendly Estate Agents. Really good at their jobs too. Can't fault the rental side whatsoever and the process for renting is thorough but not excessive. Would recommend to anyone. Both Keeley and Dawn are to be commended on their Customer Service and generally lovely attitude to all who come to visit.

GoogleWhy show people over lettings to be told by the Lettings Manager that I wasn't suitable. I had all the paperwork ready with the deposit. I am not the only one it has happened to. She was very rude and wouldn't talk to me, just kept me hanging. I then found she had let it to someone else behind my back. I will definitely not be renting from David Jordans, stuck up and rude! Plenty of other friendly letting agents in Seaford who will help you find somewhere suitable.
