All the staff at David Jordan are really professional, friendly and so supportive. Ian especially helped us from the start to the finish from valuation to completion. Sam was brilliant showing potential buyers around our home. He had done his research and knew our circumstances. Alex was reassuring and supportive and again knew what was happening throughout. The team was very knowledgeable and provided useful updates throughout. Supporting us with our solicitors and the move on the day. The team is amazing! We used David Jordan when purchasing our forever home in 2023 and have held our review as we were specifically looking for a property to renovate and really make our own and wanted to have the finished result before writing this. Ian, Keeley and Alex were fantastic in supporting us find the property we finally purchased, offering alternatives to view to ensure we ended up with the right property. We worked with them and Mike at G3 Architecture to look at our renovation options before proceeding. They were really supportive during our purchase, with clear and timely communication and were quick to resolve any issues - even finding a plumber on completion within the hour! Since then we have carried out and completed our renovation and we can safely say that we have the right property in the right location and are really really happy! David Jordan gave a really first-class service selling my bungalow, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Effectively, they sold it 3 times, for one fee! The first two sales were aborted, but they cheerfully remarketed each time, without complaint. They also helped with so many other things (I was abroad the whole time) that would have been difficult for me organise - access for gardening, quotes, repairs..you name it. Thank you Alex, Keeley and Ian. You were great!

We would really recommend David Jordans. We recently bought a house and were shown around different houses by different estate agents and David Jordans were the most friendly and helpful by far. They were not pushy, didn’t try and sell anything extra and were always happy to answer any questions. If I was selling my house I would definitely use them as being friendly and non pushy made us choose them to buy our house as we didn’t feel pressured. They were also always easy and friendly to contact when we had any questions about the house.

I was tasked as executor to sell my late uncle and aunt's property in Seaford. Not being local to the area, i made a drive around Seaford and it seemed that the majority of the properties for sale where with David Jordan. On that basis, i plumped for appointing them and i wasn't disappointed. I have dealt with Ian Pepper and Emily Reed-Weatherley throughout the sale process. The property was sold at the third viewing and both Ian and Emily have kept me informed as to developments throughout the process. We chose David Jordan to sell our home based on the presentation of their details and Ian Pepper's down to earth approach. Everything was dealt with in a very professional manner and within 2 weeks we received an offer at the full asking price. We were kept informed throughout the sale and when things got a bit difficult further down the chain Emily, their Sales Progressor came to the rescue. We have bought and sold many houses over the years. I have also worked for a property developer and this is the first time I have come across an Estate Agent who has a person who is dedicated to progressing the sale and this is quite unique. David Jordan's team is something to be proud of and it is not surprising you see so many of their boards in Seaford as they are a pleasure to deal with and get results. Well done and thanks for selling our property so quickly.

Buying a house during a pandemic was never going to be easy considering buying a house is one of the most stressful things in life. I can honestly say that from start to finish David Jordan agents were extremely friendly and helpful. Emily in particular made the whole experience a lot smoother and was always there for reassurance and advice when we needed it. Emily was instrumental in giving the solicitors a nudge now and again when needed. Excellent service from start to finish. I can't praise David Jordans Estate Agents enough for their help, sound advice, efficiency and support over the last 6 months+. From David originally viewing our parents property, Keeley and Alex carrying out the viewings and the empty property inspections, and Danielle and Ian being regularly involved in chasing up the chains, the team effort was outstanding. I had high expectations from the outset that having Danielle as a dedicated 'chain chaser' once we had a buyer would be a service that made David Jordan stand out. I was not disapppointed as the service provided by Danielle and Ian in what turned out to be a challenging and very difficult house sale was exceptional to say the least. With a sale that had some very low lows and wobbles, we finally got there. I can't thank the team enough. He really went above & beyond, keeping the whole chain informed on progress which was very appreciated, as we were not getting any information from our own estate agents! I cannot praise Ian and the rest of the team highly enough. NOTHING was too much trouble, no question too trivial. Ian was constantly talking to the other agents and solicitors in the chain. Our purchase wasn't without issues, but we are finally here. Our estate agent and solicitors repeatedly praised Ian's efforts and I think that says a lot. So very glad to have chosen David Jordan and his team for the sale of our house, in what were difficult circumstances. Everyone was totally professional throughout the process. Communication was excellent and we never had to chase for information, rather we were kept up to date with any news/progress as it happened.
