What I really appreciated was the continuity of relationship with the staff. Sometimes as a buyer you don't get that but I do think it matters. Before, during and after completion, everyone has been super helpful and made the process stress free. I would certainly go to them in the future and recommend them to friends.

GoogleThe sale of my friend's bungalow was a pleasure from beginning to end, thanks to the team at David Jordan Estate Agents. From the moment Ian Pepper visited the property for the first time, he provided me with all the advice I needed to know in order to prepare the property for marketing. The leaflet was presented well, with good photography. The team co-operated at every level as questions arose and were dealt with. They kept me informed at every stage of the process, and liaised efficiently with the solicitor. At all times they were friendly, helpful and utterly professional. They made what could have been a stressful operation into a pleasure. We were let down by a potential buyer quite late in the proceedings, but the team immediately went into action and obtained relevant buyers and a sale was quickly arranged seamlessly. I recommend them unreservedly.
