Cubbit and west is a great company and weve really had good experiences.However, when it comes to fixing issues in the house, response has been poor. Some issues have lingered over a year without anything being done, even whe they come for routine chexks and the issues are raised again, notes are taken but not action.

I didn't originally go with Cubitt and West as Jayde, Manager at the Redhill office, valued my property at a lower, and as it turns out more realistic, price than a competitor. Six months later I switched to C&W and within 14 days my property was sold. Job done.

Their app allowed 24 hour access with updates of the sale and the app was very user friendly. If you are selling your house Cubitt & West are the agents to use.

We had a super service from all of the staff especially Gareth and Chris and the former manager David. We would certainly recommend this estate agent. Our experience with Cubitt and West Crawley branch had been amazing. Nicole Holland the office manager had been very welcoming and patient since the beginning. The team had indeed been very prompt and professional in handling even the smallest of things that did ease the transfer. I really wanted to make a point of sharing the level of customer service that was provided by the two Toms. Tom Harlow and also Thomas. They have been nothing but helpful, supportive and informative. They have made the process easy, they call when they say they will and call back if they miss my call. Has been an absolute pleasure to deal with them. A1 customer service.

GoogleOf several estate agents we courted when selling in Ringmer, C&W provided a significantly higher level of information through a very professional evaluation and pitch. However, we had a social connection with another estate agent and initially went with them. After months with near to no viewings we switched to C&W who got a few viewings booked including our eventual buyers. The one downside was involved the erection of the street sign where they regularly failed to follow requirements such as were stipulated by our neighbours - but the office and sales staff got us a sale and we're very satisfied.

They have a proactive sales team who do call round and message contacts but it's not always clear which you're going to deal with. You do pay additional for the photos as they outsource which seems a little cheeky.
