It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Heidi and Stephanie on handling the sale of my property.Through thick and thin with many twists and turns along the way ( especially through some very difficult COVID times) they were always on hand to deal with my enquiries and bring some cheer to the proceedings.They made me feel like it was their own personal challenge to get my property sold. More than just a job to them!!!! Likewise I always felt that they had my best interests at heart. I sold my house with Cubitt and West but was selling with another agent and by doing so I had to pay the other agent £1000, Cubitt and West said that would pay the £1000 if I sold which they failed to do just because I did not have the correct paperwork from the other agent which they would not give to me because I changed agent.Would not use Cubitt and West again can’t be trusted to keep their word.

Never sell your property with southwater branch cubbit west. I had a good relationship with them up until now I don't normally write reviews but I thought I should let others know the true story about them. They are a waist of time. We have been with c and w for over 100days and never got an offer Since they haven't been able to sale our property we decided to go with another agent. My husband tried calling several times to speak with a branch manager called Leanne regarding terminating the contract. Every time we call we get a lying answer, she will call back. Its been 3days she hasn't called yet. Very unprofessional never expected such type of service.

Talk about hard sell. I viewed one property with them (which wasn’t suitable) and they haven’t left me alone since. Constantly texting, phoning and emailing different places - which I am already aware of as I’m sure anybody who is house hunting is. I explained I would contact them if I wanted their assistance but in the end I had to block them. It genuinely put me off even considering one of their listings.I understand they are taught to sell but back off if someone isn’t responding.

Excellent service start to end from these 2 guys. They got my property rented within days. As a landlord who doesn’t live locally they made my life so much easier by assisting in getting jobs done that were proving difficult for me to do from a distance. One fine example was providing a floor plan with measurements for me to get the carpets replaced. They went the extra mile in doing what needed to be done to get the new tenant in promptly. great company if you want to lose value on your property & lose your buyer; who cannot sell when the going gets "really" tough! (i.e. - slow down in economy/market) - in a good market even a monkey can sell anything! They are NOT able to prove their mettle in genuine tough times with incompetent progression staff.

I bought an apartment through Cubitt and West and within a few weeks I wish I’d sold through them too. The guys here were great, David really gave such a personal service, he knew who I was every time I called and helped out loads! Any issues I had I came to them rather than my own agents.Julie looked after the sales process and kept me so up to date with any changes quicker than my own agents! We've had a poor experience of the rental management by Cubitt and West. If we ever need anything, from trying to renew our tenancy to getting a replacement integrated fire alarm, it takes us weeks or months to receive a response. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are unreturned, and reports via the tenant hub are ignored (if the tenant hub is even working to be able to report an issue).In short, we wouldn't recommend renting a property where Cubitt and West manage the letting - nor choosing them as your lettings agent! Avoid.

I entrusted the potential sale of my lease hold flat to them, and wished i had not. Their sales adviser came round and gave me the usual sales pitch, and explained how they were the experts, with proper advertising and marketing. She took what was she thought, to be the relevant pictures and video on her own camera, saying it would be better than the other service which is provided at a cost. The other service would also take some weeks. I signed up and asked for a prompt advert. The flyer was mailed to me. When i noticed important information was missing, immediately I tried to contact the sales adviser, to inform her. She was unavailable. Asked for her to contact me. No reply. Too late, the property was already onto the internet. They failed to display all of the relevant rooms, and mention recent upgrade changes I had made to the property. Too late now the property is online not looking it's best. Particularly against other more professionally advertised company marketing.I later discovered, she/they did not take my contact number correctly, so they could not make contact with me by phone'. I would conclude, they are an amateurish, greedy- the most expensive, and unprofessional outfit. No, the property did not sell, or attract any offers, or viewings.
