TrustpilotAgent made me wait in rain for 30 mins
Agent made me wait in rain for 30 mins. Been an hour now. I still didn't get the call. When I called, other agent picked up the call. They weren't very helpful either. You guys don't answer call after 4 pm? strange. Thank you.

TrustpilotAnother property sold sucessfully
We had another great experience selling a second property in 18 months through Cubitt & West notably because of Kurran Vasdav who acted quickly and had a buyer in just a few day of marketing. Kurran really knows his trade and is well trusted to do the right thing for the customer. We have to also call out Tamsin Billingham who is an absolute superstar. She not only managed the transition post sales to completion but was pivotal in ensuring that everything was followed up on in a timely manner and really and truly managed both ours and the buyers solicitors ensuring they acted timely and effectively. Both Kurran and Tamsin are great assets for Cubitt & West and should be recognised for going over and above. Thank you team!
Dear John,Many thanks for taking the time to give Kurran and Tamsin at our Sutton branch such a glowing review. They will be really pleased to receive this as they pride themselves on giving an exemplary service, and will do all they can to ensure the sale/purchase of a property goes through as quickly and as smoothly as possible.Kind regards,Becky JenningsOperations Director, Cubitt & West

Alia exhibited professionalism, knowledge and understanding of our circumstances as well as the location of the areas we showed interest in. She was honest and frank in her presentations of 4 properties- back-to-back, and gave us more insights to the properties. My wife and I look forward to meeting her during our 2nd viewing of two of the properties recommended. Well done Alia.

TrustpilotWe chose Cubitt & West because they…came highly recommended
We chose Cubitt & West because they marketed and sold our son’s property at full asking price in double quick time. We have not been disappointed. The agents have been highly professional and helpful and have done a fabulous job in managing viewings and offers and we have a firm buyer within a week of the marketing going live. We haven’t yet found our new home, but C&W have put us in a great position to move swiftly when we find the one..
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Best wishes,Cubitt & West

I just sold my flat via the Fiveways branch of Cubitt and West and I have been impressed with how smoothly everything went. Jessica Robb won me over with what I felt to be a realistic valuation and an impressive marketing strategy, but it quickly became clear the whole office works as a team to ensure that from valuation to completion everything runs efficiently. Thanks to their friendly professionalism and great communication, I always felt confident I was in good hands.
Jess and the whole Fiveways team are all focussed on providing the best service they possibly can and I am glad that they gave you confidence in selling your home.

TrustpilotHome at last
My experience buying my first home was very drawn out due to the chain on the vendors side, due to this any correspondence from the conveyancer was very sporadic, obviously because of the pandemic and people trying to take advantage of the stamp duty holiday this really put a lot strain on the industry, from my side dealing with Cubitt and West though was very positive, everyone i dealt with or spoke to we’re very polite and accommodating,Karen the sales progressor was very nice and kept me informed as best as she could during the whole procedure,I finally met this lady and had a little chat about it all on the day I received my keys, the cloud definitely had a silver lining.
Thank you for leaving us your feedback! Best wishes,Cubitt & West

TrustpilotWe would highly recommend Cubitt and…
We would highly recommend Cubitt and West’s Pulborough branch. From the very beginning Martin, the branch manager, and Kirsty, the sales manager, were both professional, knowledgeable, responsive and enthusiastic about selling our house. They were very proactive in marketing our property and always gave us feedback after a viewing. When our first chain collapsed they were positive and straight back on it and we had another offer within three days! When we got to the stage where exchange was imminent Martin liaised with all parties in the chain to ensure we did actually exchange which we did this week! We are so grateful to both Kirsty and Martin for all they did for us. Anyone who wants to sell a house in the local area should definitely use them!
I am very pleased to see that Martin and Kirsty were able to guide you through this difficult time, moving house is hard enough without the extra stresses added caused by chains collapsing so a proactive agent is a must in these circumstances.
