I have dealt with a lot of estate agents in the past and this little lot have been the best by a long shot.Marcus the lettings manager was so helpful and fast in what he does it really was a complete shock to get things done so quickly and professionally.Becky the Senior lettings advisor was absolutely charming and very professional in all she did.All in all I could not fault their professionalism and would like to congratulate them on being such a good teamThanks Guys

When deciding to buy and sell our property, I wish I had done my research about estate agents sooner. My naivety in the process lead me to make uninformed and rushed decisions making me feel incredibly stressed and anxious and ready to pull off the market all together. Zoey McGovern from Cubitt and West turned that all around. When I met her she explained everything to me in terms I understood and at my pace. She was realistic and honest with me from the start and although their fees were higher than other agents I was dealing with, her enthusiasm for selling my property felt right. Signing her as my agent was the best decision I made as she made a substantial gain in the selling price of my property. She even said to me “I’m pleased to see you so much more relaxed.” I felt valued as a person rather than just another client on the books. What started as an awful experience with other estate agents became a successful and enjoyable one. You really do get what you pay for. I absolutely recommend working with Zoey McGovern.

We received excellent service, particularly from Maddison, Emily and Amelia.Right from the initial valuation visit by Maddison everyone made a huge effort to make my Aged Mother feel very comfortable about selling her house that she had lived in for about 60 years.The viewings were managed extremely well by Amelia and Emily, with due respect shown to my Mother every step of the way.The house was sold with 10 days of the initial valuation - super service and efficiency.I would highly recommend the team at Southsea and will use them again.

Claire and Cailean have given us a great service at Cubitt and West. Our first meeting was friendly, professional and informative. We didn't expect to laugh as much as we did. Subsequent enquiries have always been answered swiftly and have made the whole experience much less stressful. Cailean's advice has saved us several hundred pounds on mortgage fees. I highly recommend this team for getting a great price on your property and professionally dealing with the negotiations leading up to moving.

I started a cash purchase in November 2021 it is now 14/03/2022 and still have no idea if i will ever complete this purchase. the Solicitor you recommended TQLaw is the worst of all not one single phone call from them on updates and when we call them all they can say is we have no idea when this purchase will be completed. Well my patience is running out and i will be telling them what they can do. Shocking service from both cubbitt and west and TQLaw

Cubbit & West Fiveways handled the sale of our property. AN Other agent handled our purchase and bid for the selling contract... Ebba at C&W not only recommended a notably higher price, but among a stream viewings she found buyers that would pay more than the asking price!We have nothing but praise for the way Ebba and Veronica walked us through the process during selling and after - a welcome contrast to our experience with agents up the chain who would not return calls or emails, every query sent to C&W got a reply within hours, every time somebody in the office was away, the rest of the team were up to date and could access our file if we had queries (another glaring contrast to our experience with AN Other).Recommended for their ability to sell you house and their level of service throughout.

The team at Cubitt and West have been everything you could wish for in an estate agent. The fees are competitive and the service they provide more than justifies their fees. From my initial interaction with Julian, viewings with Katarina and Tony, they work collectively as a team to ensure the best possible outcome for the buyer and seller.My property was slightly unusual in the market and they promised me that they would find me a buyer and they duly obliged. I cannot thank them enough for helping me move forward with the next stage of my property journey and would fully recommend them for both sides of your property transactions. Horrendous, lazy agents. Great sales pitch from Leeanna up front, which is the only time you'll deal with her - Once she's "closed you" by making you feel you've built up a meaningful relationship, she's on to the next victim.The staff have no respect for your property - "Don't worry about taking off your shoes" - Do the bare minimum to get by and then when you get a buyer the progression are all part time with an abundance of annual leave! An absolute nightmare for continuity!I can't believe the audacity, and if you need to express that you're unhappy they leave you waiting forever for replies and just don't care!Please use someone else, save yourself the pain.. Choosing the right agent is as important as choosing the right solicitor, it would be a mistake to choose Cubitt & West.Beware the fake reviews on here making them look better than they are. When questioned I'm sure they'll say this is false - Happy to share my experience with you in more detail if it helps you avoid making the wrong decision..
