TrustpilotExemplary service from Julie
From the beginning to the end of the process, the service that Julie provided to me was exemplary. I was kept abreast of all the information, and she was always available for a quick chat when things got a bit tricky. I would recommend this service always. Thanks for all your help!

GoogleCubitt & West did a superb professional job when acting on my behalf in selling my house. Their advertising campaigns resulted in 45 viewings and the property had good offers that were accepted. The first "sale" fell through as the chain collapsed. Cubitt and West were straight back on the case and resulted in a 2nd sale. Unfortunately that fell through due to the interest rate rises. Again Cubitt and West worked their magic and this time we went down the "modern auction" route. This 3rd sale was the charm and was completed successfully. My thanks and appreciation goes out to Gareth Doolan, Chris Bignell and Manager David Knox for their hard work, tireless efforts, professionalism and a superb outcome all round. I would definitely recommend Cubitt & West to anyone requiring the services of an Estate Agent.

TrustpilotThomas is a star!
As an estate agent they are pretty standard. Usual sales patter etc, usual mgmt fee rates etc. When I first started renting my place through them I had to do a bit of chasing (three month inspection) etc

GoogleSue & Robin (and all) - thank you so much for persevering and finding the right buyer for our home and also keeping our dream alive and getting us to the point of exchange. You are great at communication and keeping everyone up to date and on board. We couldn't be happier with the result and so pleased we came to you to sell and buy our home! We will always recommend this branch and never forget the efforts that were made. THANK YOU!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleFrom Day one our agent not only assured us that she could sell our house but also assured us she would get a very good price. True to her word she had our house sold in 7 days,in fact we had a very good offer after only the second viewing. We were extremely happy with our agent and would recommend her to anyone thinking of selling their home. A very easy sale due to two tenacious women, our solicitor and our estate agent. Thankyou Sue.

GoogleSue and Robin you were both superb and did what the best do. You communicated well and kept us informed of new properties and what was going on with the property we have bought, you were enthusiastic and very professional. Gary - The Fixer - who when the our purchase ( C&W were selling) was agreed he kept us informed, chased paperwork when necessary and knew what was required by everyone, he put the three other estate agents to shame. I cannot recommend Cubitt & West enough - and will only ever use them if i move again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI wouldn't know how else to describe this estate agency other than perfect, they have been by our sides throughout the whole process and given us 100% support- as first time buyers we definitely needed it! Both Sue and Robin are the most lovely and careing people and nothing is ever too much trouble for them, but that also goes for the whole of the Cubitt and West team. They have all made the house buying process run as smoothly as possible and advised us on making all the right decisions. Wether you are looking to sell or buy I would throughly recommend Cubitt and West for the most friendly, warm and helpful service out there!

Haven’t asked for anything from them just keep getting mail after mail with nonsense. Wasting time money and planet. Absolutely useless
