I’ve been looking to buy somewhere in Brighton for over a year and interacted with a range of sales agents. None are like Deborah Collins from the Home X development. Her knowledge, rapport, friendliness and importantly, proactivity made enquiries and interactions such a positive experience. Now after a year I'm finally purchasing a property (that surpassed my initial expectations) in Brighton and that's down to Deborah.

It was a tricky process as we lived overseas at the time, but Gareth went above and beyond to not only show us multiple homes but also Lewes. He really understood what we were after and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We recommend.

GoogleExcellent service throughout the whole process. Sound and realistic advice, always available and great communication. Although I was selling a small price at the lower end of the market, I was treated with the same level of service as if I were selling a mansion! I would thoroughly recommend them if you really want to sell your property. They are a league above some of the other estate agents in Lewes I have experienced!

C&W's Cranleigh branch have sold my house for me. Dealing with Kerry-Ann, Claire and the rest of the team has been great from the word Go, making you feel that you're in safe hands. They're always happy to answer your questions and put your mind at ease. They appear to have a bit of drive that some of the local competitors seem to be lacking.

Cubbit and west is a great company and weve really had good experiences.However, when it comes to fixing issues in the house, response has been poor. Some issues have lingered over a year without anything being done, even whe they come for routine chexks and the issues are raised again, notes are taken but not action.

I really wanted to make a point of sharing the level of customer service that was provided by the two Toms. Tom Harlow and also Thomas. They have been nothing but helpful, supportive and informative. They have made the process easy, they call when they say they will and call back if they miss my call. Has been an absolute pleasure to deal with them. A1 customer service.

GoogleOf several estate agents we courted when selling in Ringmer, C&W provided a significantly higher level of information through a very professional evaluation and pitch. However, we had a social connection with another estate agent and initially went with them. After months with near to no viewings we switched to C&W who got a few viewings booked including our eventual buyers. The one downside was involved the erection of the street sign where they regularly failed to follow requirements such as were stipulated by our neighbours - but the office and sales staff got us a sale and we're very satisfied.
