GoogleCan’t speak more highly of Cubitt and West. Gareth and Chris helped my father and I with the sale of his property. As this was linked to the sale of my own property things got very tricky at times but they were incredibly kind and persevered until we achieved our goal. Thanks guys, you helped a dream come true.

GoogleCurrently selling a house. As we near completion Cubitt & West have now decided to charge us extra for a mistake they made and and go against the contract we have in place. AVOID using if you're trying to sell a property. Zero integrity.

GoogleDidn't sell or (yet) buy via Cubitt & West, but in my weekly chats with local estate agents about the state of the market, and related subjects, Susan at the Lewes branch was always spot on with helpful advice, was cheerful, and a general pleasure to deal with. I am hoping that if the right property does come up, it is one of theirs.

GoogleI feel really disappointed of how they have treated me during the time I stayed with them I can’t even described how awful they have made me feel. Even if I expressed that to them not apologies received and they are forcing me to keep the contract active till Oct leaving me not options more than waiting to sale my property. Really childish and damaging way to work that can only work in their bad reputation as they already have a bad name in lewes. Many people have warned me against them, I just wish I would hear about it before I signed the contract with them I would not trust this branch in lewes as they lied and stop responding to my enquiries as soon as other properties were ranking better.
