GoogleWe rented with Premier Properties over the last 2 years. Throughout our stay in 2 different properties, Gerry & team were always very responsive and made sure that if we needed something for the property it was dealt with right away! They made renting a pleasure, and didn’t bother us at all - we were left to it and we appreciated that we were given plenty of notice if house inspections etc were upcoming. We will definitely get in touch with Gerry & Co again when we are ready to buy next year! Highly recommend Premier Properties!

They also were very good at getting jobs and repairs done to the apartment when they arose. GoogleNot professional at all. Gerry and the landlord promised us that they would replace or paint the kitchen furniture because the laminate was peeled off but they never did it. Furthermore they charged us for cleaning while the house was cleanest then when we start rent.NegativeProfessionalism
Sergio · 25 August 2020
Agent replied · 31 May 2023
Hi Sergio, thank you for review. We do however feel that it is very unfair. We do acknowledge that there was some slight bubbling on a few kitchen units. We did point this out to you before you moved in & you were happy to proceed. At no time did we or the landlord promise to replace the kitchen. Regarding the deposit. We retained a small amount of your deposit for cleaning. This was communicated to you at the time & was agreed apon. We also kept post for you after you have vacated the house and your wife called in to collect it. At no time did you communicate any problem or dissatisfaction to us. We will of course keep any post that we get for you, so feel free to call in to collect it. Kind regards, Gerry
