GoogleWe had a really positive experience with Premier Properties when looking for a rental. We were under a lot of pressure to find somewhere quickly, and they were fantastic in helping us do this. They arranged viewings at times that suited us, and once we decided on a place, they acted quickly to liaise with the landlord and get everything in place for us to sign the lease.
A special mention to Roisin, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with, friendly, professional, and so efficient throughout the whole process.
We’re really grateful to Premier Properties for making what could have been a stressful situation so straightforward. We’d definitely use them again in the future and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy.

GoogleWhen I moved to Ireland with my family, finding a place to live was really tough. We searched for a long time and couldn’t find anything. Then, we met Gerry from Premier Properties in Letterkenny, and he helped us find our first home. I want to say a huge thank you to him and his team.
What made Premier Properties stand out was how well they listened and helped us. They were always ready to fix any house issues quickly and professionally.
The best part about working with Premier Properties was how much they trusted us. It’s not easy when you’re new somewhere, and many people might not take you seriously. But Gerry and his team did, and that meant everything to us.
Thanks to them, Ireland feels like home now. I’m really grateful to everyone at Premier Properties. If you need to buy or rent a home here, I highly recommend them. They really care and support you all the way.
