Hi Rebecca We were extremely disappointed to read your review. We have checked our records for the last few months and can seem to find no record of having any dealings with you. None of our staff recall anything either. We would welcome a call or email to see if there is an issue here that we can resolve.. I look forward to hearing from you. Gerry
