Easy access and friendly staff and process. Be weary of the height of the rooms being restricted by beams, so could be 150f² floor space, but wouldn't equate to m³ being exact. Lifts quite slow, so don't expect to get in and out quick. Overall all went well and facilitated our move greatly.

Had a good experience with this company had to move from one storage place to here and the rates were much better and more affordable the staff were fantastic, professional friendly and very understanding I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a storage unit and I would definitely use this company again … had my storage in the facility for over 10months …Although just a note if you are late with a payment they do lock the unit which of course is the rules .. just make sure your on time and all is well

Craig at the new Woking branch was brilliant, so friendly, helpful, funny and polite, making a stressful, tiring time so much easier. The service he provided really couldn't be faulted and if we needed storage again, we wouldn't hesitate to go back.The whole place was spotless and clean and the rental prices were cheaper than elsewhere

Just hired a storage unit at Cinch Self Storage in Chippenham. Facility is very clean and well maintained with excellent security. Andrew met us and explained the whole procedure, very helpful and friendly chap, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I’m a new customer with cinch and so far think the service is 5 stars! Honestly loved how friendly mark was and was a good laugh! Very comfortable atmosphere. The storage facility is really good with a car park right outside. Great security with the key pad access to the premises as well as CCTV. It Has a lift and offers trollies to help you with your boxes. I got the smallest size container they have and it was plenty big enough for what I need. This is a very clean facility being new and still have that clean paint smell if you know what I mean. Honestly staff are friendly and facilities are great. No complaints and would defo recommend to others. Thank you for having me, Anna x

GoogleI have used Cinch for 12 weeks now and have downgraded to a smaller unit as I am a poor judge of space and did not need as much room. Things I like about Cinch include : Good parking Trolleys at the door Individualised keypad entry CLEAN rooms. I hate spiders and haven’t been freaked out yet :) Clearly marked storage rooms. Well lit Super helpful staff (esp Mollie who is lovely) Storage essentials to buy - boxes, padlocks, wrapping etc. 7 days a week access. Excellent CCTV coverage Toilets and rest room. Highly recommended 👍

Really happy with the service at Cinch Newbury, the gents in the office really know their stuff! Had no clue what we needed when we went to visit, they helped us every step of the way and even recommended a unit that would save us money! I can’t recommend Cinch Letchworth enough. From start to finish, their staff have helped over and above their call of duty. Lauren in particular deserves special mention as I couldn’t have managed without her invaluable help. Heartfelt thanks to Becki as well for making the suggestions to steer things back in the right direction. In summary, great location, wonderful professional staffers and top notch storage units.

We have had a storage unit for two years now and have had a really good experience with cinch. The Brighton branch has been having some works done and access was limited for a while. I had to remove some heavy boxes and there was no trolley or lift availability. One of the staff, Ed went above and beyond and helped carry lots of really heavy boxes down the stairs and out to my vehicle. This was an absolute life saver as I simply wouldn’t have been able to have done this. Stuart also has always been super helpful whenever needed. We’ve had a really positive experience here and highly recommend them as a storage facility.

From signing up with the friendly and very helpful staff my experience using Cinch storage was a joy. I have just had to move home for the 3rd time in 2 years due to unforeseen circumstances and was dreading it. By using Cinch I experienced a relaxed easier move than I could have expected and I was able to both move out and move in at my own pace.Excellent!

Had to put all my stuff in storage due to having building work done. Popped in with the wife to talk to Jason to take a look around and see what size we would need. He was really helpful and gave us all the information we needed to know, anyway to cut a long story short 6 months on we are ready to vacate as our building work is finished, throughout the 6 months Jason and Matt have always been helpful. I never worried once about my stuff as security was brilliant if I needed to store anything else l wouldn’t hesitate to go back to these guys.

Nav at the Huntingdon branch is really helpful. I was really impressed with him when I got my first unit back in February and I enquired about downsizing and had a new contract and all my stuff moved within 8 hours and received a refund for my old unit. I had to use storage during a particularly tough house move. Storing my belongings was a new and slightly daunting experience for me and I had no idea what to expect. However, the ladies in the office at Cinch were simply excellent and put my mind at rest very quickly, explaining how it all worked. My storage needs changed a few times, first expanding and then finally decreasing, but Lauren, Sally and Becky dealt with everything very promptly and efficiently. Aside from this, they were incredibly kind and supportive at a difficult time. This very human touch was an enormous help. If I ever need to use storage again I wouldn’t hesitate to use Cinch. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!
