FacebookCharter Whyman were very responsive throughout the process of selling our house and worked proactively with the buyers, solicitors and other parties to ensure the chain moved quickly and with minimal stress. Having a walk through video and excellent photos done was key to driving interest in the property. Charter Whyman were also very good at ensuring that they matched us with the right buyers. Our property sold after the second in person viewing. They also price matched other local agents for us. I would thoroughly recommend them.

FacebookWe were very happy with the service we received from Charter Whyman. Everyone in the team was great, from valuation to marketing to conveyancing. Simon priced our house well, and it sold within a week to a quality buyer. They followed up with the sales process and were always happy to answer my questions about the progression. Our chain needed to exchange contracts on a certain date, and Andrew did an stellar job of chasing down quite a few loose ends to ensure we met our deadline. From start to finish, everything went smoothly to minimise the stress of a house sale. As far as we are concerned, the Charter Whyman team provide an exceptional service.

FacebookWould highly recommend CW. There are so many agents to choose from now in Letchworth but the team and service we received for ourselves and our buyers was excellent. We had some issues with the first buyer through no fault of their own and the house was sold again within a week. The end to end service we received was professional, supportive and responsive. Thank you to all the team in Letchworth for helping us through the process.

GoogleEasy to find but on race days, apart from a few cones on the road there doesn't seem to be any marshalling going on. Not like at other circuits anyway so may be an issue when mega busy.

Majority of my dealings have been with Trupti, who is consistently supportive and always follows up on her next steps.
