Simon priced our house well, and it sold within a week to a quality buyer. They followed up with the sales process and were always happy to answer my questions about the progression. Our chain needed to exchange contracts on a certain date, and Andrew did an stellar job of chasing down quite a few loose ends to ensure we met our deadline.
