Always pick a local small agent over one of the large corporate agents when selling, although you don't have a choice when buying. On a recent house sale for my Mother, Daniel was excellent throughout the process, keeping us updated on progress and once a sale had been agreed, proactively working with the buyers to ensure everything went through smoothly. The marketing material and video were also to a high standard which I’m sure helped attract buyers. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
