GoogleOne of their properties is in such a state it's damaging mine. Have been complaining for 6 months now and haven't got anywhere. On hold at least 30 minutes every time you call, staff will say anything to get rid of you without dealing with the problem. Have been promised 6 call backs and am still yet to receive one. Terrible terrible company

GoogleFriendly advisers when you call , repairs are dealt with very poorly to poor standards had a plumber booked in a few months back to deal with a possible leak in the bathroom into the living room so they sent a joiner who openly admitted he hadent a clue went on to damage my bath..., had the bath repair company out week's later to fix the crack in the tub pyro I think they were called patched it up poorly 1 week later crack opened up again..., still waiting for this whole situation to be sorted since July maybe even June....repair mangers don't care tried putting a complain to had a call back sounded like a zombie on the other end of the phone didn't no his a** from Elbow there whole repair time for emergency repairs is 48 hour altho they do try to make this target and often do get someone out within the time frame is normally the wrong trades person who can't fix the job anyway and then they 're book it as just a repair witch takes you off emergency and you could be waiting week's for a call that sometimes you don't get and end up chasing.

I had to phone up jigsaw on behalf of my mother in law due to heating going off she had originally phoned and was told will fix it next Thursday so when I phoned on her behalf I spoke to a nice chap called Stuart who when I explained her circumstances got it sorted and was done and repaired same day thank you

GoogleNope just nope. Outright lied to my son saying they don’t take deposits. Outright stole his money. Took more rent than they should first month and left my son with no money for food. Took a whole day. A whole day!!!! Of phone calls to get any kind of refund. Terrible

Googleworse ever housing weve had a problem with door entry for over 2 years now on and off and still not fixed now al they done is just fit a fob thing on there a temp one but the doors have to be kept unlocked otherwise postman and delivers can not get access so this has now left our property unsecure and kids in and out of the hall ways every day...............

GoogleBumch of cowboys. For example they did some work on my roof it then leaked for 2.5 years. They did nothing to fix it. They did some work on my electric 8 years it took to sort out the mess they created

I had a leak on Christmas Eve & half my hall ceiling collasped still not fixed apparently they don't have two workmen to spare for an 8 hour job, so I'm having to pay a trade to come in to do it !

GoogleHorrible company. Service is disgusting. Jobs and repairs are never done on time. Had so many issues. No one gets back to you. Consontanly chasing people up. Had a wall collapse in a new build home within 2 months. Not build safe.
