GoogleThe company has searched for occupiers and arranged lettings for our 40-unit Laurence Industrial Estate in Southend since 2002. Throughout the years, the team has shown an excellent understanding of our requirements; when a vacancy does occur, it is normally filled within a very short space of time. In our experience, their service is the best available in Southend.

GoogleIts such a shame that it only takes one person in a company to spoil a good relationship. I have used hair and son for a number of years and always held them with high regard unfortunatley today there was a conversation with a Charlie Boxall who we found to be rude, unhelpfull and very unprofessional to say the least.

GoogleI have had the great fortune of dealing with Simon for many years, for which he offers a First Class Service and can only be described as a true gentleman. He is always extremely charming and he is a delight to deal with. He is amazingly tenacious and could not be more positive and helpful.

GoogleThe management is terrible I am a landlord of a flat and after communicating with them I have received a money claims court process. Do not recommend them and the service of management.

GoogleIn a recent commercial property transaction, I found dealing with Hayden at Hair & Son very straight forward. He always did what he said he would, although sometimes in challenging circumstances. He also went out of his way to give me access or arrange for it when I needed. Thank you.

GooglePoor service, iv been ringing since past 1 week for a viewing but every time i ring im either transferred to a voice mail or i be put on hold for at least 30 minutes and still no answer, so i have to hang up after getting fed up of waiting..

FacebookAbsolutely useless company. Happy to take and charge fees but hopeless when you need something from them. Our buyers solicitor required a management pack from them and they charged us £270. Disgusting.
