GoogleThe whole experience with Gilbert & Rose was fantastic during the purchase of my first property. Technically you don't have to worry about anything. From time to time, you will get your update through email or other means, which has made life easier for me. I would highly recommend them and use their service again. GoogleChelsea was very professional and not pushy at all when showing the property I eventually bought which was great. Karen in sales progression was friendly and efficient throughout the sale process and was also available to help. She was great at chasing up my agent I was selling with and solicitors. A positive experience all round.

GoogleShame I can’t give 0 stars. Unless you like being continuously harassed with uninvited visits to your front door, don’t use this company. We didn’t even contact them in the first place. They saw our listing was up with another agent and showed up on our doorstep begging for the business. We have repeated ourselves time and time again for no more contact but they keep persisting. GO AWAY. Disgraceful.

GoogleBrilliant estate agent! Spencer knows his stuff, especially advertising/marketing! Ed was great! always available on the phone and made the whole experience so easy and uncomplicated. Michelle was amazing, she really went the extra mile and was exceptional at progressing the sale. I can not fault the team, I would deffiently recommend and use them again! If you want a stress free sale or purchase go with them, you won't regret it.
