GoogleEven though I never got the property through them, I have to mention the fact that the staff here at this Estate Agents are extremely friendly, helpful & they honestly go that extra mile in helping to fill out the forms, finding out what I required & so forth. So I would highly recommend their services very much!. Thank you once to the wonderful staff members who really made me feel welcome!! xXx

GoogleShambles of a service, when purchasing a house through Castle Estate Agents. I was a first time buyer on house in leigh-on-sea with a huge 25% deposit. I do feel we was lied to at first with regards to certain statement by the agent. We were now at legal stage & i was the point of contact baring in mind, Clive the Clitaras whos one of the 'directors' called my wife & left a voicemail demanded very forcefully she was to push our legal department, which he shouldn't do (this is sale progresses job) the outcome was it was actually the seller's solicitors who were the issue. I could honestly mention multiple issues i had with these people. This isn't one bad issue, many of my friends locally feel the same way.
