Dear David I wanted to reply to your post on google. I am sorry but I don't know who you are, I have tried to find your details on our database without success. If you are a genuine customer of Cooper Estates and you have had a negative experience in dealing with me, then I sincerely apologise for any offence or rudeness on my part. We take matters such as these extremely seriously and I would welcome the opportunity of discussing this further with you and apologising to you directly if that were possible. Thank you. Richard
