GoogleDreadful experience with the incompetent Market Harborough office. Not only did they initiate a totally inappropriate 'repair' to a negligently damaged worktop (that they missed in their somewhat useless landlord's inspection but is really just a tawdry charade as they don't actually inspect anything if a tenant has hidden damage under clutter because 'they don't like to harass or upset a tenant.) the unnamed (but apparently a Grangers staff member,) had the deplorable discourtesy to accuse me of damaging my own property and this botched up repair. I made it clear I touched it as I could see it was utterly dreadful and incompetent. The 'handyman' had used a £7.99 wood filler used on timber that is to be painted and sealed and not a genuine resin two-part resin that adheres and dries to a waterproof finish. This resin was £52 so I can only assume Sheldon Bosley Knight enjoy their 10%-12% + add ons but scramble to negate any liability if they make mistakes. I'm sure these resin experts at this agency would have been more diligent had it been their own property and not just some landlord that pays their wages or part thereof. As I'm preparing a case file for the ombudsman I'm now collecting technical date to prove that this shoddy estate agents simply can't be trusted to do a simple search and initiate a simple repair (that they agreed to in writing,) then when it wasn't correct, simply accused me of damage and intransigence. One such person who decided to remain anonymous, was particularly rude and accusatory with regards to damage, and his remarks will form the basis of my complaint. This lot also lost all of my keys including the balcony, so I had to make a special trip back from London, my home, to clean and work on the balcony once they had changed the locks and cut new keys. This same Grangers person said they were'nt lost, just misplaced. They still can't find them so the Oxford Dictionary defines this as LOST. He also sent me totally irrelevant content about litigation apropos worktop replacement yet I had only extrapolated such a scenario to elucidate on the inconvenience to me should I have to do that. What a thoroughly dreadful experience and easily the worst experience with an estate agent in my 30 years of working in property and buying/selling/letting it.

GoogleWe recently got transferred to SBK, and their approach has been nothing but very professional. They are very quick to get on complaints escalated to them, and they continue to provide updates until issues are resolved. Specifically, Mr Niraj came for a routine inspection recently, and he was thorough and professional in his approach. All concerns raised during the visit were promptly dealt with. Thank you.

GoogleZero communication. They moved in a tenant who has caused problems for other residents since the day they moved in and continue to do so. This agency has been contacted multiple times to report the issues but they never bother responding. As long as they get their money they don't care.

He communicates promptly with the property owner to flag up issues, and follows through efficiently with suppliers so that they are clear what the job is that needs doing and can quote accordingly. Good paperwork trail and account management end-to-end. Recommended.
