The regular six-month property inspections provide a real sense of safety and peace of mind. GoogleRenting with Sheldon Bosley Knight for about 4 Years and a Half, and whenever we had any Issue at the Property, they immediately act upon it and we always get the Support we needed. Mr Niraj Shah Inspected the Property recently, and it was a pleasure to Meet him. We asked for some Improvements at the Property, and he quickly put them through to the Landlord, and received a Positive Response. I definitely Recommend Sheldon Bosley Knight as Agency to Deal with.

GoogleI met Niraj Shah first time last month when he did a routine visit to the property my son and I rent for 5 years now. He observed and listen to our little issues we had with the property. He was very supportive and very efficient in contacting the landlord to agree to sort all the improvements we needed. Highly recommend the agency , for the efficiency in sorting any issue we had in the past too !

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with Niraj Shah at Sheldon Bosley Knight, and I have to say their service was great. From the very first interaction, their staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. I was helped with a reimbursement from my landlord, and their team not only responded quickly but also worked diligently to ensure the matter was resolved without any hassle. The communication was clear and prompt, and I always felt well-informed throughout the process.

GoogleBeen with this agency for long period of time and can definitely say they started to improve recently. Niraj who recently joined the SBK really looks after the tenants and the property and for that reason I’m happy to give 5 stars review however there are the downsides as well.. After a year they still not set the emergency phone number which is so important and frustrating when things goes wrong. This Need to be sorted asap. Apart from that great agency!!!

We are sorry you felt the need to post this review. We have been trying to contact you directly to try to resolve the issues you have raised. Inspections at the property were carried out in 2024 and 2025. Any maintenance issues and work needed to the property have been discussed, documented and agreed with you at the time of the inspections or the tenants making us aware. The rental income has generally been stable each month aside from the months where approved maintenance work has taken place. We pride ourselves on the level of service we give to our landlords and tenants and would be grateful if you could get in touch with us at your convenience so we can rectify this situation.

GoogleWorst agency I had the displeasure to come across. Wouldn't repair crucial flaws. Holding my deposit becouse i left a broom stick and a small box of used batteries on the stairs. Comunication works just one way. I had a live power cable leading from the main fuses to my property dangling above my neighbour door that they didnt fix for 5 months. Ridiculous people stay away
