Just bought a flat through sellmyhome.co.uk - no bloody estate agents to deal with! Hurrah! My wife and I thought the service was first class. Cool that you get to meet the owners, who turned out to be really honest and lovely and the whole process was so simple from beginning to end. Not that we'll be buying another place anytime soon sadly but I can wholeheartedly recommend using this site. We saved so much money doing it this way and I know the family we bought off felt the same way. Why bother with dipsh*t estate agents! This is so much easier! And crazy cheaper!

I was recommend using Sellmyhome by a friend. Before registering, I rang them up because I'm always slightly cautious about how online businesses deal with customers who want to speak. They're very professional and responsive on both email and the phone. The website is great. Easy to use, managing viewings was a doddle. We had 5 viewing requests within the first few days of the property being marketed, and two people offered the asking price. I really don't understand why homeowners still insist in using high street agents. Seems archaic! If I end up selling again in the future, I'll use these guys. Thanks so much.

They charge you for every maintenence issue and believe me the property is in so much disrepair there have been quite a few! Customer service is rubbish unless they are taking your money.
