GoogleNo stars if I could. A joke of a company. Take all your details to book a viewing then tell you cannot view a property because of this that and the other. Why not make it clear at the beginning to avoid wasting people's time!
We are sorry to hear you felt your time had been wasted. I understand you made an enquiry to view a property we are marketing for sale which is currently occupied by tenants. The owners of this property has stated to us they do not wish for the tenants to be disturbed unless the person viewing is already in a position to purchase, either with their own home Sold STC or those who do not have a property to sell. I understand you need to sell your property and that it was not on the market at the time of your enquiry. For this reason a viewing could not be arranged for you. I do understand your frustration as this question could have been asked at the beginning of the call rather later on. The person you spoke to recently joined us on an Apprenticeship and your feedback will be useful as part of their ongoing development.

GoogleIf i can give 0 i will give them 0. The man show us the house was very very nice and kind but the blond lady in the office was not kind not helpful, rude and is a big word to say i think she is "racist" uswell. I'm so sorry to say that but it was i think.
Hi Janet, we're of the understanding that we were waiting for your application to be returned to us for the property you were interested in. All interested parties over 18+ must complete an application form by law, and when you came into the office you hadn't completed the form for your mother. Therefore, we needed to do our part by informing you to complete the application form for you to be considered. We're sorry that you feel this was discriminating, we really didn't intend for it to be this way, we just couldn't process your application without all the information. One of our staff has tried to contact you in regards to your review, as we were not aware you were disappointed with our service. If you could get back to us so we can talk this through we would really appreciate it.

GoogleFrom my observation as an international student, this lettings cartel has a nexus with landlords and they are only after money. They should represent tenants as well as they are their money making machine. Unfortunately the truth is otherwise. No human values are respected. Hence, they will do everything they can to make sure their property produces 'MONEY' and for trivial reason you can be refused to get a property. This particular agency is not an exception. However, the lady I was talking to was polite.

Googlefirst impressions count, and it was a bad impression. On their website I found a property I wanted to view after reading the description. Clicked on the 'Book a Viewing' button and filled out the details. Get an email the next day, with 'please find attached the property details (even though they are on their website), hence the reason why i wanted to view, and a message saying if I want to book a viewing, then please ring the office.... Seriously, what is the point of the viewing request on the website?!?!?!?! Seemed like an ideal property for myself, but i don't think i will bother

GoogleI must admit that they were quick to respond to emails, and facilitated a viewing of a property with the landlord. I was interested in a property and was about to apply for it when I asked a question about council tax that was ignored or missed. I sent another email again asking about the council tax for that apartement (as that post code had properties with council tax banding from A-D), the agent responded, "I am not sure myself I work in sales, you should be able to find out by doing an internet search." I think sales representatives have an importnat job of making all information available to the customer and facilitating the acquitision of unknown information. That did not happen here. They would have a record of the house number and could have verified the council tax band during the time it took to write that email.
