Very serious staff, every time follow the right procedure. At the end of your tenancy, be careful, they put in your head everything is wrong or broken in the house. Once you explain what's your mistake and what's not your fault and you should not pay for, they can understand and review their position. Close to 5 stars, but at the moment 4 stars is a better reflection about Readings Property Group.

We bought from Readings and they were brilliant. Abby on sales was fantastic, answered our calls and went beyond what anyone could expect. The second time we viewed the property, we met the main man who owned Readings and subsequently have spoken to several of their staff. Everyone at this estate agents are very professional. We viewed at late notice and they were willing to work until 7 pm to let us spend time making our decisions. If I ever sell this property, which I won't, I would definitely give them the work. To me they are the Rolls Royce of estate agents and Abby you deserve a pay rise !!

Firstly what a brilliant team and a credit to Readings. I dealt with 5 members of the team, Trina, in rentals with her excellent knowledge and skills which were very valuable to me when buying/renting/selling, it is not something you do regularly and need this sort of experience. Joe and Sean in sales for keeping me updated on the sale of our house which was fantastic. And lastly Louise and shaun from the survey dept who organized our home buyer report. This was done quickly and effeciently and there help and advice were brilliant. Many thanks team for helping the sale of our house to go so smoothly.

It has been a pleasure renting with Readings. We had a flat with them for 7 years, if we ever had any problems (which was very rare) the problem was sorted straight away with good communication and response time. I lived in one of their properties for three and a half years. Only had a couple of maintenance issues and they were dealt with very quickly, also they were very helpful when sorting out taking someone off of the tenancy. I also got my deposit back at the end of the tenancy with no issues. I would definitely recommend and would still be staying with them now if I could!

They keep me updated on any new laws that are coming out, so when they do, it’s not a big rush to be compliant.
