I had the pleasure of interacting with Jadine, my tenancy agreement manager, and the customer service provided during the initial documents approvals was truly exceptional and smoothly. I had resided in the new home for two years, and it was quite disheartening when the landlady decided she wanted the property back, as I had grown fond of the house and established wonderful friendships with my neighbors. My children also attended a nearby school. It was time to embark on the search for a new residence. Once again, I cannot adequately express the dedication and support Jadine provided during the end agreement. Fortunately, I was able to find a new property just down the road and successfully moved in. I encountered some challenges with the landlady regarding blocking the full refund of my deposit, and Jadine was absolutely incredible, offering unwavering support throughout the entire process to ensure I received my full refund. The customer service extended was beyond amazing and highly professional. I never felt isolated, as the Readings team was consistently there to provide support and advice. This level of service instills confidence and builds credibility for the agency. Ultimately, I successfully retrieved my full deposit, and I wish to extend a heartfelt thank you to Jadine and everyone involved in my tenancy agreement. I rang Readings to inquire about a level 3 survey for the property I’m purchasing. I spoke to Louise and the questions I asked were answered very professionally. Her services were excellent and prompt. Always helpful, polite and patient and very pleasant. James visited the property in September to complete a level 3 structural survey. He went into full detail regards the property covering outside inside and top to bottom. He was at the property for over 3 hours completing the survey, he was pleasant and helpful and answered any questions and also raised relevant issues we should be aware of. Until recently, I’ve been a tenant with Readings Property Group for 13 years. Throughout that time, the staff and especially Laura have been helpful and accommodating to my needs. They have been understanding of my situation when I’ve struggled and quick to amend any issues with the property. In these times, it’s understandable why the landlord might want their property back, but Laura and RPG have made the process easy and straightforward, even extending our notice a month while we found alternative accommodation. Readings managed the letting and subsequent sale of my late brother’s house. As executor of his estate, I found all the staff to be very helpful and supportive during quite a difficult time. I’ve been with Readings Property Group almost 5 years this August. These were the best 5 years of my life. I moved into the property (from my parents house to living alone) and I was a little scared, but Readings helped me transition very well. I was able to call them or email if I had any question (even the small silly little questions) and they got back to me really quickly. All the ladies were very polite and helpful. If something was wrong I’d report it and the next morning someone would be around to fix it. I had to move out as I now have 2 children and the property was only 1 bedroom. We were looking for a local company to carry out a home survey for us, after getting through to Peter to talk through our options, he spent a good 20 mins talking through which report might be best for us. I initially asked for a full survey but after looking at the property online whilst on the phone, Peter recommended the cheaper HomeBuyer report would adequate. Peter carried out the survey for us and rang that evening to talk through his initial thoughts and observations. We explained what our intends were with the property and therefore which elements of the report would be effected. After reviewing the report with my wife, we decided to renegotiate based on Peter's report, his valuation and recommendation of repair work needed that were unforeseen on initial viewings. We successfully managed to renegotiate to Peter's valuation which saved us £12,500 on the initial offer price. I would recommend Peter and his company. Personable, professional and despite undertaking during a extremely busy time, on time.
