Everyone involved was both very friendly and highly professional, they marketed the property excellently, helped me to achieve good sale price, and kept me regularly informed and updated throughout. I can honestly say that from start to completion they were a pleasure to work with and made the whole process more stress-free than I could have possibly imagined. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleTruly one of the least professional businesses I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. No following up on emails, negligent attitudes, borderline fraudulent letting standards and no care about health and safety issues at let properties. Consider that some of the 5* reviews on here are copy paste jobs, possibly fake or from employees/owners. Please consider very carefully before using.

GoogleWorst estate agent you’ll encounter. Poor customer service. They stood me out with a viewing, closing the office and not contacting me to inform me that the viewing would not happen after I drove for 1hour to view the property. When making a complaint they were rude and inconsiderate. Strongly discourage using them.

Mark it’s such a shame you don’t mention the threats and abuse you sent our way - perhaps if you told the full and honest story? You were given a heads up on a property that was coming to market but details not yet approved - the very second the details were signed off by the owner they were sent on to you. I called you to discuss, and was called ‘pathetic’ and the moment I disagree with you, you slammed the phone down. We are always helpful and polite to those who treat us with the same respect.
