This review is inaccurate. You viewed a property with us, for which there were several applicants who wanted to rent it. You were not the successful applicant and we communicated clearly with you and explained everything. Immediately after the phone call, this review appeared. I am sorry we could not provide you with the property you wanted and hope you find somewhere soon.

GoogleAfy the branch manager has been there along time and very helpful. The team are pretty responsive to be fair. I am a landlord and they deal with my rental property. They do sales, rentals, maintenance etc.

GoogleUnprofessional. They delayed the checkout about 13 days and I still did not have my report. This is the worst agent that I have ever dealt with.

However, it is damaging to our business and also inaccurate, so I am going to state the facts: Your tenancy ended only 4 days before you posted this and 2 of those were the weekend. Everything was dealt on day 5 after the end of your tenancy, which is well within acceptable timescales. Your comments about our service are not fair or true. If we wanted to be unprofessional, we would give you a "review".
