GoogleBought my first investment property and was very surprised and amazed how fast and helpful the team were. They kept me up to date with everything every week and the manager (afy) called alot to ask if i need anything etc. Very pleqsed and will certainly be visiting again if i need help with properties.

GoogleAll properties we viewed with your company so far are not well maintained, filthy and badly damaged. You should not advertise and show properties which are look as brand new on the pictures and totally opposite in a real life. You waisting people’s time.

GoogleThey're okay. When setting up the contract they were decent however I experienced delays and staff who didn't really care following that period.

GooglePoor service, only concerned about the landlord and not the tenants. rented an apartment with appliances but the fridge doesn't work, has been 3 months and still not working. They keep saying landlord can't do anything. No communication from the agents, have to chase them up several times. worst experience ever

GoogleGreat and professional service. We have been renting apartments from Martin Co since 2012 for our employees and corporate clients. Any issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner and can not fault their service. Would highly recommend for tenants looking to rent!

GoogleVery poor service, more than a month now and the issue is not sorted, on the top of that we have been sent back and forth to call the contractor, which we have been doing more than 10 times a day and give up now.

GoogleNo stars ( had to add one to post -.- ) . I agree with feedback, so rude and only look out for very rude and threatening landlords who made a young woman fearing about what do too. Lost deposit as landlord is not honest
