GoogleWaste of time. I have booked a flat viewing 2 days ago for today 2 pm. Shared mine and my husband's details. We turned up and no one was here, when we rang, we were told the flat is taken and apparently we have been updated. Do not even bother.

GoogleAll properties we viewed with your company so far are not well maintained, filthy and badly damaged. You should not advertise and show properties which are look as brand new on the pictures and totally opposite in a real life. You waisting people’s time.NegativeQuality

You viewed 2 properties with us, both properties are due to be professionally cleaned before a new tenant moves in. Any damage you noticed would also be due to be repaired, however I do NOT agree that they were "badly damaged" they were in fact in a good state of repair. However the situation when you viewed them was that one was in the process of being re-decorated and the other is still occupied by the current tenant. This is not a reflection of our service, it is simply the case that they were not ready for a new tenant yet. This was explained before you looked inside and our negotiator had a conversation with you about what kind of accommodation you might find suitable. The process of viewing is how you work out which property you want to rent, it is not a waste of time. I think it is unfair of you to leave us a bad review which is untrue and inaccurate.

GoogleBy far the worst estate agents I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From day 1 they were terrible - they arranged a meeting to sign rental agreements and pick up keys etc. When I got there ready to collect my keys and move in - they had nothing ready. After moving in I reported numerous issues with the property that just fell on deaf ears. Either they claimed the issues we're fixed or blamed the landlord. Imagine paying £700 per month in rent and not having hot water for almost 2 months..... they don't have a single care in the world about tenents they rent too.

GoogleConstantly cancelling viewings try elsewhere first Theres no system in place if my veiwing had been in the morning like I'd asked I would have had the property and put down a deposit but I was placed last Considering I had a veiwing at that same property a few weeks earlier and the same thing happened I though I was lucky because it came back on the market On tip of that I had a text and email and a phone call all confirming the veiwing and then 2 phone calls after just to make sure I knew my veiwing was cancelled ( rubbing salt in the wound) They really need to take a step back and look at there system because it's very unfair your best off finding a different agency to rent with
