GoogleArranged a viewing for 1.30pm today. They never showed up. I rang them whilst waiting outside the property and they said they would call me back. 90 minutes later and I'm still waiting. Total lack of respect for my time and terrible customer service. Don't use them to sell your house.

GoogleWith us having various sales fall with no fault of our own, we decided to take the approach of changing agents to Kings, We were met by Harpal who used all his knowledge and experience to quote us a price to sell and gave us great pointers, During the viewing Rebecca literally made it a seamless process by answering the questions of viewer, We loved how she came early to get an insoght of the property, The office team in particular with Sarina who I must say is a machine made the journey a memorable one and kept us on loop with each step. We could not fault Kings overall and could see why they are so successfull in theor field as they have passionate knowledgeable force who thrive on ensuring a smooth journey for the seller. GoogleWe had our initial appraisal done by Harry. He made a really good impression and seemed to know about our local area. The team that showed our house to perspective buyers are very professional. Nothing was out of place and we felt confident dropping our keys off and letting them do their job. During the covid lockdown they also made sure that everyone complied with regulations (wore masks) to keep my family safe. The pictures that kings took of our house are great and really showed off the best features of our house. We did unfortunately have many failed sales due to the complications that covid placed on buyers finances and other unforeseen circumstances. Each time kings swiftly put our house back on the market and found a new buyer. Sarena worked tirelessly to get our house sold and also help us purchase our property. Even until the last minute problems arose in our very long and complicated chain but she worked exceptionally well to progress the sale.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAvoid avoid Highly unprofessional agency initially they advertise for fixed selling price once they get that client is interested directly hike the price with different excuses at different times staff at viewing is polite and friendly but agency is fraud stay away from this

GoogleMy review relates to a property i was going to move into a few years ago on london road, after speaking to a recent estate agent, they mentioned it was illegal, and I'm still within the time frame to take this company to court and the ombudsman. The agent I dealt with, if I remember properly was suki. I viewed a property on London road, in Leicester. The property seemed very good, albeit a bathroom with a very bad damp and mold issue, and a little too expensive at the time (£600pm for a pretty tiny flat) I paid the deposit, agency fees and everything necessary (this was 2017) and was due to move in. Then I got a call out of nowhere, the land lady pulled out apparently, with no reason whatsoever which seemed a bit odd. At this point, I was £1000 down, I asked for my money back, as I did nothing wrong, and as it turned out, what they did wasn't legal at all. At first, I was told I don't get it back, as I payed fees, but the law was that if the landlady pulls out, and everything was previously accepted, legally they cannot keep a penny. After a week of calling daily, being hung up on, lied to etc. I was promised my money back, within the week. Suki, then lied, every single day for a month. "Its been sent" "sometimes payments take time" "well I sent it so stop calling" I then threatened to get the police and court involved, and suki, oddly, payed it into my paypal, out of her own personal account. At this point, 3 years on, I have only recieved £350 back. I actually needed up homeless for a small period due to this, as I spent my money on this place and never got it back. By the 15th june of this year however, I will be contacting a legal firm and ombudsman, as lucky for me, I keep my calls recorded and never delete important emails. After checking too, many of these reviews are bot reviews. Many estate agents have very bad things to say about this company.
