If I could give this agency zero stars, I would. My experience with Kings has been nothing short of a nightmare. I listed my property for £340,000, only to later find out that they were secretly trying to sell it for £250,000 a massive £90,000 difference without my knowledge or consent. This is not just unprofessional. It is outright dishonest and deceptive business practice. When I confronted them about this shocking discovery, they refused to take accountability and even had the audacity to tell me not to contact them. How does an estate agent try to silence a client after attempting to sell their property for far below the agreed price? Because of their shady dealings, I had to involve my solicitor to stop the process, which has cost me time, stress, and unnecessary legal fees. They have completely wasted my time and have shown zero regard for ethical conduct or basic integrity. I have now pulled my property from the market and will never deal with this agency again. If you value honesty, professionalism, and transparency, DO NOT trust this agency with your property. Their only priority is making a sale at any cost, even if it means deceiving their own clients. Avoid them at all costs!

I first had dealings with Kings Real estate a couple of years ago when looking to sell our home, always professional and well informed, even though we never sold with them in the end, it wasnt from their efforts - but a slow market at the time. We recently needed to rent a new home and we dealt directly with Krishan who was professional and kept us well informed of progress, happy to take calls even out of office hours. You will not find a better Agent! Absolutely First Class service. We had lots of problems and hold ups along the way, none of which were any fault of Kings, however they were with us every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble, they checked in on us regularly. Just sold our house with Kings, would certainly recommend! From the initial visit from Krishan, to the photos being taken, arranging viewings right through to the end I couldn't fault them. Had an offer from the first block of viewings with only being on the market with them.less than a week. What a great smooth experience finding a place to rent via kings real estate. They were extremely helpful. Everything was done smoothly online. Deyal was polite, helpful. Communication was on point, calls and messages though what’s app to update through the whole process and very quick to respond to any questions/queries. My experience with Kings have been very poor, I was looking to buy a property (I was interested in at least 3 properties advertised by Kings) after numerous calls no effort had been made to update or call back. All was said is we will get back to you and no reply at all. Harry came to value the house which was the only positive thing I can say. From experience and after speaking to a few friends who has dealt with Kings before it seems Kings like to keep their customer in a Limbo. When I rang the office a few times to check for any update, the advisor sounded so disinterested. May have worked for others but definitely not for us and obviously will not be using them again. BTW (I use your sister company to Let my property, so far they have been really good)

I instructed Kings in respect of a sale. I found Suki to be very helpful and professional and commited to achieveing my objective. The sale was managed by Serena Sangha who nothing short of absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, diligent, fast and ironed out any issues timely. She was always available to discuss my matter and nothing was too much for her. The service I received from Serena and Suki is testament to Kings being a class above the rest. Kings were the second co agent to be instructed after several weeks of no joy with another agency. Kings agreed a sale within a few weeks of being instructed - that alone says it all. I would definitely instruct Kings again.

Used Kings as previous high street agent gave me false hope and promises and after 16 weeks no buyer, Kings 1st viewing had a buyer sorted for the price I wanted and for less than half the fee the high st agent wanted. The buyer was verified very quickly and Serena who was progressing the sale kept in regular contact, even though our buyer caused us much stress Serena was always there to respond and get matters progressing. Next time calling Kings 1st!

21 Hazelwood road LE5 5HR this was a probate property and I was the first buyer interested in purchasing it. The property was offered to me at £170,000 for which I paid £5000 as a holding deposit to SUKI and she had informed me that the probate grant would be completed in November, after which I get the property.After the probate grant was completed she didn’t inform me and put the property back to the market. The current value of this property is £230,000 and I am sure SUKI will take holding deposit from everyone.I request to all please don’t buy or sell the property from KING real estate.We should all come together to shut down such estate that take people hard money and give false hope.

I was recommended Kings from numerous family and friends and I can honestly say they didn't disappoint and provided an EXCELLENT SERVICE, they kept me updated throughout the whole process and were always available whenever I needed to contact them. My previous sale fell through and within 1 hour they had another buyer lined up. Having used a corporate high street agent to manage my rental properties, I've had numerous problems with them throughout the last 3 years of broken/false promises and realised I was never going to use them for selling. I decided to sell with Kings as they dominate the LE5 Area, the £995 fee was also very attractive. We received a quick market appraisal and the property was up on the market within a day or two. Kings must have brought in over 40 buyers for viewings in the first few months. The team are very helpful and friendly, Harry always kept me informed and responded to any queries quickly. Suki is extremely hard working (even works bank holidays), committed, and passionate about providing an outstanding service which clearly rubs off on the team. As the £995 offer came to an end Kings kindly agreed to honour it going forward, rather than charging me the usual 1% plus vat. Saving me over £1700, now I doubt any high street estate agent would do that. Overall I am very pleased with Kings and highly recommend them. I'll be using again very soon. Stay away from Kings Real estate and Suki Kaur…. I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was with this estate agent. Not only did they charge me a fee as a buyer, but they also tried to sell me properties that they had no rights to sell. I wasted months of my time waiting for updates and dealing with their unprofessional behavior. They will take your money and make you wait months for any updates. They will constantly sell you lies and give you false hope. It was clear that they were just trying to make money off you without any consideration for their clients. They were constantly messing me around and giving me false hope, only to disappoint me in the end. The receptionist Ash will be very rude and unprofessional when asking for updates. Seems as though she isn’t very clear in providing information or understanding basic English language. The property viewers are quite aware of the situation With Suki and her fraud and will avoid questions regarding this too. I would strongly advise anyone looking to buy a property to steer clear of Kings Real estate. Suki the director is a FRAUD and very unprofessional. She has been done for fraud in the past. They are not trustworthy and will only cause you stress and frustration. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable agent who truly has your best interests at heart.

Stay away from King Real Estate and Suki! They are outright frauds. As a buyer, we were charged fees to "secure" a property, and after making the payment, we were left waiting for months with no updates. It turns out that Suki lied to us about everything regarding the property. This entire experience has been nothing but stressful and disappointing. I would never recommend this estate agent to anyone. Do not pay any money to Suki.

Abysmal service from Kings Real Estate, paid our deposits, passed all of our checks and set to move in (Morland avenue). Received a call saying that for some reason the land lord has taken another viewing and accepted another offer? I have also seen other reviews where they have done this to others. I was dealing with Deyal and although he explained that it was the “greedy” landlords decision and what he has done is “very morally wrong” I do not understand how a company can choose to work with someone like this?
