This Agency is untrustworthy, unprofessional! I called in regarding viewing a property on sale. This was booked and confirmed by the agent and i was also sent a confirmation text. I attended the viewing along with other potential buyers. We were shown around by the agent. I called the agency the next day to place an offer. The agent on the other line was confused and told me that I couldn’t have gone to a viewing and denied anyone being there. They point blankly called me a liar and told me I was called to cancel which I never was. They carried on lying and denying ever being at the property in question passing me to numerous agents! I have no faith in a agency that have no professionalism. Not once did they apologise for any misunderstanding! Do not trust this agency they are a bunch of clowns! Having spoken to Harpal who is supposedly the Branch Manager, he is absolutely clueless and is leading a team of clowns

I have just bought my first proper house in Leicester and all thanks to Jamal George and Suki as they both put their hard work and helped us get this home. And as a family were are so grateful that we found a proper new house as we tried to go many other real estate agents but "Kings" real estate agents is the best and I would highly recommend Kings real estate agents for any landlords or first time buyers as they are super kind and patient.

Selling your house can be very stressful and hard work to say the least but I can honestly say that kings Estate agents made our personal experience very smooth. We was on with a different agency before hand that did not make our experience great so once we swapped over it was a breath of fresh air start to finish (all communications were either via telephone or WhatsApp which were answered straight the way) and they seemed to have a lot of clients that were interested to look at our property for sale. Jamal George was the estate agent that dealt with our sale and he was a lovely guy couldn't fault his service. Highly recommended to use and will be recommending to friends and family in the future. Been working with Kings to sell a property though probate and i could not recommend more. The team have really great communication, pick up the phones! We had a good amount of viewings and they would call with feedback. Even during the time of a tough mortgage market they would offer there expertise in what our next steps should be and offer advise. We have recently rented a property with Kings Real Estate, and we had a great experience, what you would expect from a highly rated Estate Agent, we rented privately and agency in the area through the last few years but I have to say Kings by far the best, especially Deyal. He does takes his responsibilities very seriously and just all in all has a brilliant Customer Service, to the point that he is even ready to help out of office hours. There might be the time when you have to chase them but always very polite and apologetic. I highly recommend Kings Real Estate to anyone trying to rent you honest get treated how tenants should be!

We rented for 12 months through Kings and can happily say that we never had any issues during our time with them. Any repairs that needed doing were sorted promptly and it was overall a well kept lovely home. Deyal was always available whenever we needed something, you could tell he took his job looking after Kings tenants very seriously and that is all we ask for. We had every confidence in Deyal that we would be looked after. Could not fault the company at all.

Recently touch with their team members about the property but first thing we are the buyers if we offer what ever your job to forward ahead not straight away ignore and say like they will not accept the offer even look like they don’t know how to speak with people and deal with them as per I heard about kings real estate they are always try to help vendor not buyers no matters how property is looking because some how they get commission more from them and don’t teach us how’s property market moves we buyers always check everything wast going on market and about valuation of the property base of condition not base of area bank will always measures property condition so keep in mind gave some coaching to your team how to speak and deal with customer my experience is worths never call back to kings real estate I will recommend any of those who are new try to beware choose right person who help you out not this king of person make to spend more even not worth that much many thanks

Kings Real Estates, A Fraud/Scammer - Stay Away I recently had an experience with Kings Real Estates regarding a property listed on 1 Steins Lane, which raised significant concerns. On 24/07/24, I expressed interest in a three-bedroom semi detached house advertised at £220,000 and booked a viewing for 25/07/24. However, upon further research, I discovered the same property was also listed at £250,000, one listing included pictures while the other only had a floor plan. When I inquired with Kings Real Estates, they confirmed that the property price had been reduced to £220,000, but the £250,000 listing was marked as SSTC (Sold Subject to Contract). This inconsistency led me not to attend the viewing, as it appeared to be a tactic to create artificial demand or confusion. Given this experience, I would not recommend dealing with Kings Real Estates. Sellers should be particularly cautious about how their properties are being marketed. I have evidence of both listings showing different prices for the same property, which further substantiates my concerns. Stay away they're fraudsters and seems organised scammers.

COWBOYS! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! The director called Suki is a scam artist, took over 3k off us to secure a property which is illegal and she should never have done, as we were first time buyers we didn't know at the time that she should not be doing that.. then after securing the property she continuously lied through her teeth that the homeowner would be moving out in July for months, we paid for searches, solicitor and mortgage application fees only to then find out from the property owner they never ever told Suki that they would move out in July and they were still searching for their house to move into... we lost out on over 2000 pounds just on fees we had to pay.. Its only lucky I made sure I got an invoice stating we would get a full refund so suki had to transfer the money back or otherwise she would have stolen that off us, as we found out later this woman has been done for fraud in her past and she clearly hasn't learnt her lesson the liar and thief!!!

We just brought our home from King's and if you are looking for a professional team who are passionate about their customers, Kings is the one stop place for you to buy or sell your property. As it was a first time experience buying our home, we had too many questions and queries about it, however I cannot recollect a single time when the phone call was not answered or not returned.
