GoogleReally disappointed with the level of professionalism. I had a viewing booked during this the agent was constantly on his phone and didnt even show us aroung the property or help us with information about it.

GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID.... told the seller that I didn't have the correct finance and told me that the seller had accepted an higher offer... having spoken to the seller told us both LIES. Having dealt with many estate agents in my job and buying and selling property Kings is by far the most untrustworthy, unreliable of agents out there in my opinion. You only need to google Sukhvinder Kaur Gill which I believe to be the same person as kings to know the people you are dealing with. AVOID.

GoogleI am extremely happy with the service provided by the team at Kings Real Estate. They were helpful from start to finish and always available whenever you needed to contact them. I was supported and kept up to date throughout the whole process. I believe the team at Kings just to name a few Harry, Anita & Suki are friendly, hardworking and committed to providing a great service. I have recommended Kings to others who have either got their houses on the market or who have now sold their property. Thanks again guys well worth the fee I was charged! I will continue to recommend you, my mother is selling up soon & will definitely be contacting Kings.

GoogleDear Suki, I would like to compliment you and your entire team of ‘Kings’ on the excellent service you provided me in the purchase of my dream home. You have been reliable, prompt and trustworthy throughout. On making an offer, I had a positive response within ten minutes, and from that time until completion, you did everything to make things run as quickly and smoothly as possible. I would recommend you wholeheartedly. Thanks and kindest regards, Pareshkumar Mavdhiya

GoogleCalled to enquire about a house that is up for sale, my questions were answered with ease & there was no pressure from the call handler in passing on my details unlike other estate agents who take your details & then bombard you with calls & emails.

GoogleKRE and their staff have really taken the property market to a whole new level. They have been very active in Leicester and it is fair to say they have changed the landscape of the property market. They always have properties to buy and sell and have parties interested. Keep up the good work. It has been a pleasure working with you. Mr Kadri ( Partner of Bond Adams LLP

GooglePurchased a investment property. Serena delt with the purchase was amazing! The solicitors were a complete nightmare and I completed a day before my mortgage offer expired, if it wasn't for Serena being persistent I wouldn't of have completed at all. I was kept well informed throughout and cannot praise her enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAwful estate agent who I am sure is using poor practices. Booked to see a property and was contacted to say viewing needs to be rescheduled. They rebooked and cancelled again. Then they did not return my call to reschedule. Now the property is sold. Possibly sold deliberately to a close contact without showing to others ?NegativeQuality

GoogleAs with all estate agents, they come to the house, take measurements, photos and upload on the websites, sit back and hope someone shows an interest
