GoogleI found haart to be very professional and helpful in selling our house. They always replied promptly to phone calls and emails. They were willing to help with negotiations re purchase. We had a good number of viewers. They were very helpful during some problems that weren't of their doing during process of reaching exchange. AND they called us to let us know our cat had turned up the day after we moved! More expensive than some but we felt it was worth it as other agents we'd used didn't communicate well or find viewers. All round excellent service. Thank you.

FacebookIncredibly bad service and lack of communication when you need anything from them (as a tenant). Also, after finishing the contract, currently they want to charge us for things which were already broken (as dirty carpets or cracked bath) while we moved in (and it was written and photographed on the move-in report created by ... haart) etc. Also, I was misled about the insurance policy (the agent told us that when we get the insurance at the same moment when we sign the contract and before move-in, our deposit will be wholly protected with no liability). It was nothing more but miss-selling. The worst letting agency I have ever had to deal yet.

GoogleLetting poor quality properties any issues very slow to react We left with broken main door and heaters for days and door took weeks to fix manager will never answer your calls and you are let down be careful with your deposit they will deduct money even though it's not your fault. FacebookDreadful service from start to finish. Property not clean on arrival. Harassed with letter after letter claiming I had not paid my rent and that I would face a penalty for each letter received, when I paid 6 months upfront. Rude on the phone. Incompetent. Showing people around, unaware it is furnished, unaware there is a 3rd floor... Only care about taking money. I will be writing a formal complaint. What was the money for? What service have I received?! Useless!

GoogleWorst service ever if you are looking for assistance from abroad. I waited for 2 weeks to obtain a reply from an agent with the hopes that I would get assistance finding a new flat in Leicester. I provided them with different details ( multiple areas surrounding Leicester, price range etc) and obtained 1 listing in return. They may be helpful in person ( I sure hope so) but online they are not helpful at all. I do not recommend them.

GoogleAll in all it has been a great experience purchasing our first house. The team helped us to get a price that I didn't think was going to be possible and were great in letting us have access to the house a number of times. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because at times it was difficult to get a call back from the person you needed to speak to but I completely understand that the team is busy. Will definitely be using their services again in the future. The connections they hold with our solicitor is a great bonus as well.
