GoogleEveryone who we have been dealing with at Haart have been really helpful. Always given a courtesy call whenever there are updates - or to ask us how we feel everything is going. In regards to viewings, Kayleigh has always been at the property before we areive, and is always helpful whenever we have enquired about anything.

GoogleAVOID!!!! These individuals have made my life incredibly difficult, placing me in a challenging financial and mental state. The issues began when my flatmate moved out, and I personally informed the estate agent about his departure and my inability to afford the £1295 monthly rent on my own. I even offered to cover an extra month by myself and had replacement tenants ready to take over immediately to ensure no financial loss for them. All it required was a £50 penalty fee, and I would be on my way. However, upon preparing to move out, they denied all our agreements, leaving me in a dire situation. I had resigned from my job in anticipation of relocating to another city where my parents reside, planning to find a more affordable place and secure a new job. I had depleted most of my savings, reserving the rest for bills. Shockingly, they informed me that I was no longer allowed to leave, and the £50 penalty fee would be added to the next month's rent. This devastated me, leading me to take out a loan to cover the following month, and subsequently accumulating debts due to their actions. I went from being debt-free with no financial problems to struggling to find employment due to the stress caused by this situation, all while dealing with increasing debts. On top of everything, they continue to charge me more money. Therefore, I strongly advise others to avoid such situations or ensure that every agreement is documented in writing.
