GoogleWe visit on last thursday expecting will get any good news to can rent another house. The guy in a front desk was quiet helpful actually but with our budget seems like only promising we got. I would like to give more star if the lady that the guy has contact able to give us viewing the place since she said she couldnt.

GoogleMy sale was a long drawn out and thoroughly frustrating process which took 6 months from start to finish for a straightforward sale! This was really quite unbelievable and stressful to say the least. However, getting it through in the end was down to Brad’s efficiency and determination. He constantly kept me updated and reassured, so thank you so much for this. He even went the extra mile with tools as I was far away from the property at this time! With genuine thanks!

GoogleI had a very last minute viewing booked in with my dad. Haart managed to get us in the next day. We were shown by Ms Aman Kaur who was very knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to and her sales experience was on point! We have a number of properties in Leicester who agents manage but never seen a sales person this motivated. Will be using Aman Kaur again as well as recommending her to my friends and family who might sell or buy in the future. Thank you

GoogleTried to get a response for a simple question for a couple of days by calling every day and writing e-mails with no result until I physically went to see them. The viewing of the property is being delayed by the speed of communication from their side. On Saturday, when I went to them in person I asked to see the property as soon as possible. I offered to take a day off or arrange my lunch if I know in advance. The only day I couldn't do that was Monday. Monday afternoon I get a call that they have a viewing for this property at 3:30 TODAY and if I can come. When I said that I cannot (short notice AND Monday) and when could I view it instead, I got no response after two emails from my side repeating the question. Overall, for the amount of money they're charging, I was expecting at least a little bit of help. I wasted so much time calling them every day for them to just answer my one email. I'm too tired to keep trying again, considering that I'm the one who's paying, I shouldn't be chasing after them.

GoogleThe worst estate agents ever when it comes to renting. They are quick and pleasant when you are looking at renting a property from them but once your tenancy has started they are extremely inadequate, inefficient and clumsy at everything, from providing information about allocated parking space to fixing a leak with the boiler thus resulting in a huge water bill which Haartor the landlord were reluctant to take responsibility for; making up lies and excuses to get out of paying us what we were owed. Right from the day we moved into the flat, there was a leak under the sink, a mouldy washing machine, an unhygienic oven, an inadequate toilet seat and the remote for the car park gate didn't work but they couldn't care less and were just fobbing us off or passing us from pillar to post. Never again would I rent, buy, sell or recommend this estate agents to anyone - not even my worst enemy! Maybe it's just the branch or the whole company, I can't say for sure! Avoid like the plague!!

FacebookI don’t think they even deserve one star to be honest. I have had nothing but disappointment from them. I am a first time buyer. And every time I have seen a property online and try to get viewing it never happened on time. Majority of them didn’t get viewed because they never could get a viewing in. but the ones it Did took very long time to just view. But what I find really bad about this company is how they talk to customer like they are shoe crap. I told the guy in Leicester branch his name was Phil who supposedly was dealing with my profile. I decided in order to find what I need I need to up my budget. So I saw few properties online and liked the look so I thought I ll call in and ask them to view. This Phil guy answered my call. I told him am looking to view these few properties, first he comes out with that’s way higher than your budget that you previously been looking for. So I explained to him yes but I have realised if am gonna find what am looking for i have to bring my budget up. Then he goes on to tell me have u spoken to mortgage advised. I said yes and I know I can get that much mortgage if I need to. Then he said to me ok send us mortgage in principal so I can book the viewing. I found that very offensive. U want me to get Mortgage in principle just to view which they probably will take forever to book. And it was a viewing not that I was about to put an offer in. I told him take me off their list as they are pretty crap at serving their customers from the experience I have had that’s before even buying anything with them. I can’t imagine what they would do if you do go through a sale with them. Never ever go with them. You will waste your time and you will loose your diginity because they think they are soo above people. Basically they are stuck up their backside .
