GoogleGreat experience, having to come from out of Leicester the staff are very good with making sure I can view at the times which suit me. Miss Aman Kaur was very professional and showed me an investment property for me and also mentioned others. Highly recommend Haart !!

GoogleHaarts in Leicester is the worst possible company I have ever dealt with. I wanted to put my property on rent and they made it sound perfect. Talked me into the full management package. The service has been appalling. I felt it was all misold just to get my business and after that it’s been nothing but a nightmare. You tell them how you feel and raise your concerns and they respond in a manner where they make out like your lying to them. Taking over a month to get back to me about my concerns raised and even though out of time scales they believe they are in the right. It’s done nothing but stress me and my family out to the point I wish I had never got involved with haarts Leicester.

GoogleRented from haart for 3 years until my recent property where my health and my child’s was neglected by them, only to be told because it’s “warm in the house” means everything’s okay! But when proof provided as I got accused of lying about it, no apologies from them or nothing! Also they over charged myself on rent and let one of my house mates pay nearly a hundred less on rent and when asked about this, they completely ignore you! They’re nice until you can’t help them and then they get disrespectful over the email and zero apologies. Did I mention this all came from the property MANAGER. Look else where if you want to be respected and seen as a human. Also if you want to actually get any answers you’re best off turning up to the office where they’re all stood outside smoking away!

She visited our house when we were there and checked all the areas of the house and asked detailed questions regarding our plan for selling our property. GoogleThis is one of the worst services I received in recent months. I contacted this Haart agents in Leicester with an aim to sell my property. After a weeks wait someone visited my property on 1st of this month. Since then I have absolutely no information. I made several calls to their branch but the calls goes direct to their central line. Always they will say we will find out and inform you but this never happens. It is to my surprise why this happens from them. In my last call , I asked them can you see on your system how many times I called you and they replied none showing on their system! If you are planning to sell the property better mindful about the delay.
