GoogleMe and my wife just want to say a big Thank you to Aman Kaur . Aman was brilliant and she is very honest and knowledgeable. We are so glad to have met Aman. After serval agents who overpriced the house and were pushy, when Aman came she explained why we needed to go on at the price that we went with in the end and sold . Her positive attitude and passion for the role she’s in, is what made us choose Haart. Keep shining Aman.

GoogleTerrible customer service from the Leicester branch: 1. No one picks up the call 2. No one returns calls 3. The concierge line is not helpful 4. No one picks up the management line 5. The agents don't show up to viewings 6. There are no responses to emails 7. Have had to chase for 2-3 weeks for the board to be removed still waiting 8. My property was taken of the website 2 days before the agreed contract date and when I questioned why I received a lazy response as no one will be working that day 9. Potentially buyers coming through my door were not even aware of the asking price on many occasions seems Haart were sending anyone after complaining 10. I felt like people being sent through were not vetted properly or had not even really seen the property images or description online 11. I have had potential buyers come through knocking on my door and have said it has taken several at times for them to answer the call I would give zero out of 5 if I can! Haart are good at talking a good game to get a listing but are terrible there after! Avoid Haart!
