GoogleWhile the initial contact team was superb, the team selling my house were just plain panic inducing. Having people call you up out of the blue and monologue at you to force you to drop the price of your house does not inspire confidence (particularly when this is just after you solved an issue with the house). These aggressive sales techniques were also personally harmful, due to reasons I'm not putting in a public comment. And Haarts cancelling a showing of the house due to a lack of staff (illness cover) isn't ideal either.

GoogleA few weeks ago, I went to the Haart office to look for a new Buy to Let home that was within my price range. I spoke with a lady named Aman Kaur, and she was really helpful in getting to know my needs, the neighborhood, the reason the chain was selling, and how to contact other services that Haart provides. She provided me with all the information I required at that time and was very knowledgeable and professional. Since then, we've spoken on the phone and in person and plan to make an offer soon. She is a valuable asset to the business and successfully represented the brand; we would definitely hire her services again.

GoogleHi, Sorry for the delay, We have been dealing with Haart since October 2021 and been dealing with Whitney and Gurveer. Gurveer and Whitney have made the old tenants leaving and the new ones moving. Whitney also managed the few repairs and the replacement of the mattress and sofa. They both work in a professional manor and have a good knowledge off the business. Being a distance away I have the comfort that the property is in good hands. Highly recommended and will be using Haart going forward. Alan Yates.
