Googlemy experience with finding a student house and with signing our contract with Rhiannon at Danvers was amazing, she was so lovely and told us everything we needed to know about the house and within the contract. she constantly asked if we had any questions and made sure we understood what she was saying at all times. We didn’t feel pressured into getting everything ASAP and made sure we knew we can always come back to hand our details in at a later date, and made us all feel calm about the process.

GoogleReally friendly staff that help to make the transition of renting a first property for many really easy. The process is simple, and any misunderstandings are explained simply to help everyone to understand. They are accommodating to people’s individual needs and work really hard to make everything work. Would definitely recommend, keep doing what you’re doing guys!

GoogleOne morning I decided to wake up and go to my 11am viewing at 11:01. Imogen, the estate agent lady person, was very friendly and helpful. At approximately 11:21 we walked back to the estate agents talking about our shared interest in the gym. 5 stars all the way! Imogen, you are a legend!

GoogleAbsolutely bad agency's, they gave the keys to a flat and everything inside was broken, they refused fo fix it, absolutely terrible, no communication whatsoever. Wouldn't recommend them as an agency

GooglePersonally I think that Danvers estate agents have been brilliant with helping myself and my friends find the perfect student house for next year. They were so helpful and flexible with appointments and made the overall experience so much easier. Very happy we went with these estate agents and I highly reccomend them for any students!
