GoogleI was looking for places to live for next year and ended up finding these guys on Facebook. They are absolutely lovely staff and have helped me so much. They picked out a few houses that fit my requirements and asked for feedback on what I thought of the house, found this they found further houses that I may like more. Overall I have found their service extremely helpful and would definitely use their services again.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible service. We’ve had a very bad experience with Danvers over the past few months. Our landlord is trying to claim part of our deposit for issues we did not cause, which although is not the fault of Danvers, we feel they have been incredibly unhelpful to us about the issue. I reached out to Danvers about the problems, hoping for support and them to mediate the problem - however they refuse to discuss the issues with anyone but the lead tenant. I rang Danvers, to discuss our option of going through the Dispute Resolution Service that DPS provide, and they told me to sort it through themselves, the estate agent, as it would be easier than using DPS. So we sent a huge email explaining the problems (AND including the evidence of our innocence - a video taken before we moved in by Danvers) and had no response. Not even an acknowledgement that they had forwarded it to the landlord. I would not recommend using Danvers Estate Agents.

GoogleRubbish. questions aren't answered properly. This place has gone downhill. And good luck speaking to the director even if you have a complaint because staff avoid contacting him. So many mistakes are being made. Such a shame.

GoogleRecently moved to danvers estate agents and had nothing but a wonderful experience. Evie, the estate agent was really professional, friendly and warm. The overall moving process was very easy and smooth.

Googleworst agency dont go for it…they write rules on thier favour..they didn’t give me keys on time..they mentioned some date and made it five days delay.. they didn’t even tell me earlier about thid delay..i didn’t even have another accommodation to stay..worst experience with this agency..again iam saying dont go for it..

GoogleDanvers estate agents were a great help. During a short period of time, we were recommended several student properties, with successful viewings from Finlay North. She was polite and very helpful through the process. As well as this, Finlay’s quick replies to emails and calls enabled us to secure the property we’d hoped for in a short space of time. GoogleThese guys are terrible, if you have no other choice it can work, but don't expect to be given a place thats sutible for human living, I've seen multiple properites of theres with deep mould. They will literally paper over any issues just long enough for you to sign, then they don't care, just be careful and read all details, but a roof is a roof i guess.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAbsolutley manipulate and take advantage of young students, who are for the majority renting for the first time. Terrible communicators and try every tactic to squeeze money out of you. Dont trust 5 star reviews because they sit across and coerce you into leaving a good review!

GoogleExtremely rude & unhelpful staff. After a series of poor interactions through the summer we arrived in Leicester (after 5 hours on the road) 20 minutes before our agreed appointment. Despite the fact that neither staff member was actually serving anyone we were rudely told to come back at the agreed time. We returned at the correct time and the process took 2 minutes!?!?! Would it really have hurt to serve us??

GoogleBe very careful signing up with this agency. They have said that after they sign a tenancy contract they will not share this information with the landlords unless the landlords buy an ICO licence. Unbelievable interpretation of the GDPR rules. They don't have a clue.

GoogleTry to let from a non-Student Letting agency. They bribe you with chocolate to review them 5 stars. We are paying half rent for summer, and a reservation fee. It is costing approx. £1700ppm for a "5 bedroom" property... with one living room and 1 kitchen (no dinning room), 2 bathrooms. If you go for inclusive bills, the house is paying £5200 for the years gas, water and electric.
