Terrible. Hard to get hold of. Refused a viewing because our house isn't on the market yet (didn't realise this was a criteria to be able to view a property...) and because there's already a lot of viewings... Quick enough to email and call to sell your services but when asked to view a property, not so much. Would not recommend. Made to feel stupid and not taken seriously. Would not recommend.

We chose Connells to sell our house for us as the customer service provided by Keilly from the Leicester branch was excellent. We had the mortgage sorted with their advisor Ravi who helped us with the price negotiation for our new propertytoo. The service and support have been great from the team and they recommended a good solicitor too. Can't see the point in leaving a review as we have no other to currently compare it with. We last sold a house in 1995 the whole process seemed a lot simpler then without the online system which seems designed to keep customers at a distance. Not a great fan to be honest, much prefer a personal service.
