If only I could give no stars. As a tenent renting though this company, our experience was terrible. Checks not completed, no tenenecy support at all. Did everything they could to make sure we lost our deposit. HUGE and unaffordable rental increase. Paperwork not correct. Then to top it off, totally ignored my official complaint!

I honestly have no words. I cannot put into words how dirty, shameful, dishonest and awful this company is. Do not under any circumstances sign up with them. It will only cost you time, emotional stress and a lot of money. They should not even be legally approved to continue their services.

GoogleI have just sold through Barkers and I couldn’t of asked for more, despite what some reviews on here have suggested, My calls were always returned promptly and very professionally. I would certainly use Barkers again.

GoogleI've only ever had bad experiences with Barkers... booking in viewing with properties that have already sold, never returning calls, general poor communication... I rarely leave feedback but I feel the service is so poor I would hate anyone else to have to receive it. I sold my house with Knightsbridge and was happy with their service, I just wish the houses I wanted to buy were on with them!!!

TrustpilotBroke the contract and took away the house without telling us
Me and my flatmates put a deposit down for a second year house and after getting into contact with them after not hearing from them, they turned around and told us we don’t have the house anymore! Completely broke the contract and let us down in the middle of the term so a warning to anyone thinking of going through these people.

My flat sale completed last week and I feel that Barkers (Jessica in particular) have been there every step of the way to help the process go as smoothly as possible. From the moment Annette arrived to value my property, I felt that Barkers were professional, honest and down to earth. I would highly recommend anyone wishing to sell their property to use Barkers.

GoogleHorrendous. Avoid at all costs. Not just incompetent but they are happy to let you live in below standard living conditions. Our bathroom has been covered in mould for the past 4 months due to the fact that the bathroom lacks a proper extractor. The house is cold and covered in damp and the estate agents continue to not do anything about it. Avoid at all costs.

Every untrustworthy company. And unprofessional.They put bills on my name without my knowledge.The bills were included in the rent. And they are not willing to sort out. Every rude managers as they call them self. Stay way from this money grabbing company

Humphries cost us about £18000.00. They did not carry out there contractual duties to inspect properties or make entry and exit inventories although they claimed that they had. They then, without informing us ,allowed tenants to leave so as to avoid the tenant complaining to the council or going to court.

GoogleExcellent service! Most agencies don't care about the tenants these guys do! They always resolve my problems if I have any and are not as bad as some of the reviews make out. I've not experienced anything negative so far, quite the opposite! Far better than some of the other local agents who couldn't care less! 5 Stars to the team!

Stay away from this agency.lack of communication tried getting over 750 pounds off me.when I provided evidence with their lack of communication.They tried blaming me for everything even though I had full evidence if their wrong doing.they only gave up with I choose to take legal actions
