GoogleI have been with Barkers for over three years now. Coming from abroad and having had to find a place within less than a week, Barkers did an amazing job for me. As a tenant I have always felt well-treated receiving all the support that I needed. A friendly team that welcomed me to Leicester like no-one else!

GoogleI have rented with Barkers and found them to be excellent. The man who deals with me is very helpful, when I had a leaking washing machine a plumber came the same day and it was replaced within 24 hours when he couldn't repair it. Their fees were much cheaper than most other agents as well. Highly recommended !!

Still not had holding deposits back after 9 days of not being successful on getting a property. Have rang up 4 times and each time there was a difference excuse! How many peoples deposits do they actually keep as some people may forget about it!

GoogleThe most appallingly mannered staff at Barkers Queens Road both in person and on the phone, brusque, ill-mannered and completely unprofessional. DO NOT approach that branch about either a letting or a purchase. There are plenty of estate agents who are professional and easy to approach. Landlords and potential home buyers avoid this estate agent.

GoogleI am absolutely appalled at the way barkers treat there customers. They are not willing to help. They will infact make blatant lies directly to you and do not even attempt to resolve any problems. If I could give a rating of no stars I definitely would. I strongly recommend finding a different estate agents.

GoogleBarker's have been extremely helpful in all aspects. Having rented with them all the staff have been attentive and have been quick to respond to my concerns. The fees are lower than most agents and are certainly not as bad as these reviews make out! I would definitely use them again in the future.

GoogleI have had such bad luck with my maintenance issues however the staff at barkers have really helped me out by sending out contractors on the same day that i report the issue. with having a small child in the house they have really gone above and beyond to help me. Thankyou Barkers!

GoogleI have moved around many times and seen so many agencies, but I think barkers are not as bad as comments below. They have been very helpful, fixed washing machine in few days, and one day I locked my self out of the house and they came immediately. So not bad at all

GoogleBarker's could not have been more helpful. We have just sold a flat through them and in the past rented out a house. They seem to have a bank of people ready to rent or buy, and looked after the whole process in a helpful and professional manner. We are impressed.

GoogleJust don't bother. They don't communicate, they don't deal with any issues that you have with any urgency, and their "finance team" is completely unreliable. We have been out of our house for 2 weeks and having to fight to get our money back, as they took too much rent from us.
