GoogleThe members of staff in the branch we used were friendly and helpful. The sales progresser who acted for us was very helpful. She kept us well informed through a fairly lengthy sales process and was always available to answer any questions we had.

GoogleToxic estate agents! They allowed gazumping which has now effected our credit score due to starting the buying process and had the cheek to ask us to make a higher offer to win the house back over.

GoogleHelena was so rude every call I made to arrange viewing with this state agent. Helena answered back to me, when I asked her to get Zak to call me back when he can. Also she never pass my message to Zak. But other staff were good no problems

GoogleUnprofessional agency, I've applied for a property to rent and never got the answer back. I was waiting 2 weeks for my application to process. I emailed them, never got the answer back. I asked them how long will it take to process my application they said "I don't know". 2 days later the property I was willing to rent was off zoopla, no more available. GoogleA friendly and professional team at NF LFE, albeit with some inexperienced staff, but we all have to start somewhere. Good photos and description was produced and all relevant outlets covered. I’d definitely use them again. Things to improve - appoint one of the team to deal with each vendor/customer. I felt I was passed from one to another too much and didn’t know who to speak to. Also be prepared to undertake viewings outside of office hours, when requested.

GooglePolite and efficient in the main, house sold in 4hrs. They were great and informative through out mostly. Great advertisement and internet presence along with property presentation to the market. Only criticism, I had to chase towards the end and the sale was delayed by a week due to poor communication with the buyer, had closer attention to this element been given, I imagine the delay would have never occurred. I’d have given 5 stars for Tom and Zack had we not had the delay. Thanks L

GoogleNewton Fallowell has lots of options for the house to choose from which makes the buyer comfortable to decide on the selected properties. Most of the properties are on the good areas. I viewed couple of properties and selected one property. The buying process was made simple by the Newton Fallowell through the regular co-ordination with the Solicitors from both side. Thomas Hall supported and responded to us very well through the buying process and resolved all the queries and sorted out the issues professionally. Thomas arranged additional viewings as per my convenience by liaising with the house owner regularly. I managed to enter the house on the expected day which was one of our biggest festival (DIWALI) and this was all possible because of Thomas. Based on above, I can say that Newton Fallowell estate agents are one of the best in the Leicester area for the home buyers to find the properties as per the buyer's need and budget. I will recommend my friends and relatives to plan to buy the properties from Newton Fallowell. I may plan to buy another property in the future from this agent. GoogleFrom meeting Zak at the valuation to him handing the keys to me on moving day, I couldn’t of asked for a more personal service. Newton Fallowell were nothing but amazing!! Being local really helped as it wasn’t the easiest sale, but they helped me through it every step of the way . We achieved a sale in less the two weeks and sold for above asking price. Even when the property was down valued , they managed to renegotiate me the best price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GoogleI cannot rate this agent highly enough! We dealt mostly with Sadé, Stevie and Helen and all three have been fantastic from start to finish. We went to see a property advertised for sale online with Newton Fallowell without having ours on the market yet and fell in love! We decided we wanted to put an offer in but were not yet in a position to. We made it clear to Sadé that we did not want to miss out! In that SAME AFTERNOON the staff from Newton Fallowell arranged a telephone conversation with a mortgage advisor, sent a valuer to value our property, took photos and a floor plan and arranged for our property to go on the market the next working day (all on a Friday afternoon!!) By the end of the day, we had a mortgage in principle and had made an offer on our dream home. The member of staff who came to value the house was so lovely and knowledgeable of the area - we were so grateful that he put no pressure on to sell with Newton Fallowell (unlike Connells who we found pushy and rude) The photographer was extremely talented and, again, very friendly. We were so pleased with how the images turned out and we were consulted prior to the house going live online to correct/change anything we wished to. Newton Fallowell ensured that the sale of our house was extremely smooth with clear communication from all the staff surrounding bookings for viewings and regular updates on offers and progress. Altogether, I cannot fault my experience with the staff at Newton Fallowell LFE and would definitely encourage anyone local to sell/buy through this agent. Thank you to all those staff involved for your hard work. We cannot wait to move into our new home!!
