Newton Fallowell in Leicester Forest East efficiently marketed my property for me after I had received poor service and marketing from one of the countries leading Estate Agencies. The difference in service was night and day. They were quick, efficient and competent in marketing the property, which received multiple offers within 48 hours of the property being listed. Unfortunately the the sale of my property fell through several times due to complications with the buyer's mortgage offers. Each time the property was put back onto the market, multiple offers were received within 48 hours. The communication from Helen was excellent. Highly highly recommended.

cannot for the life of me get a viewing at any of there properties. been trying for weeks with the houses still listed online. they asked for details in an email. and take that as an "application " to show the landlord. but then I never hear anything. 2 hard working business people with a child. privately rented for 15 years and never missed a payment. yet we got zero look in to even view any let alone fully apply. really disheartening. gets 2 stars because at least they ddi reply to my emails when I felt like I had to pester them. I've dealt with a few agencies lately when trying to view property's and none of them worked in this way. very strange

What a amazing agent to deal with!! our house purchase was not the easiest however Helen was always on hand to offer advice and help during the whole process. With our first house falling through they managed to find us pour prefect dream home 1 week later which we completed with 4 weeks. We had a very disappointing experience with Newton Fallowell. We had an initial listing meeting with Zak, everything looked great, he seemed very enthusiastic and he was very responsive too. After we signed up, crickets. We never heard from him again. He wouldn't return our phone calls, wouldn't reply to emails/messages, wouldn't bother to address some concerns that we had when we had 0 viewings after a month in the market. After a whole month we didn't even know he wasn't actually dealing with our property himself but it was another agent who had also shown no proactiveness and couldn't bother (as it seemed) to get our house sold. The only person who is actually responsive and cares is Tom who is dealing with the marketing side of things and he is not even part of that office. We did end up selling quite quickly only because I personally posted our ad on Facebook and we were lucky to find our buyer that way. One viewing, one offer, that was it. And after we accepted the offer we also never heard from them again as they contract the after sales process to an external sales progressor. Absolutely awful experience and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, the whole selling/buying process is too stressful on its own without the added stress of having an agent like this. Avoid. Be better!

Decided to go with a different agent. If the branch manager read this, they should be embarrassed of their staff, it seems they don't want business, when I booked the valuation it felt like I was bothering the call handler.

Quite frankly! Disappointed! I have a property to let and needed to have a swift change in agent. I spoke to Zak and advised the urgency of setting the tenant up due to my previous experience with agent. He advised this wasnt the type of property they would usually deal with but would as my Mother would be letting hers too. A week went by, I heard nothing and so left a message in the office. Then another couple of days. Eventually I left 2/3 messages of which no one got back to me or my Mother. Infact, still waiting for a call now! Extremely poor service! If they didn't want to take on my property or if it wasn't a priority, it should have been communicated!

We had experienced several traumatic episodes using other agents with other property sales over recent years and our expectations were low. We have used a range of agents to sell our house, and we have had problems with all the corporate ones like over valuing, entrapment into a contract that is not the one we signed, we have been neglected and avoided to the point I was considering taking further action. Newtons have been amazing! We used the Leicester forest east branch, and from day one, they have been open, honest, and realistic with every piece of information and advice they have offered. Since using newton's we have had more viewings and interest than ever before. We are currently very close to a sale and is all thanks to Zack, Tom, Liam and the team who have worked hard on our behalf. One thing you should know is they don't get paid until they sell your house, (unlike corporate agents) so they have a good insensitive to work hard for you. They have also taken the best photos of all our previous agents, as they reflect our house accurately, honestly and in the best way possible. I have no hesitation recommending newton's to anyone, in fact I insist you speak to them first and listen to their advice, as it's good advice. A huge thanks to the team for all your efforts!

After considering three other agents to sell our house we were keen to meet Newton fallowell because of the very attractive way they had presented the house we wanted to purchase. The video especially was extremely helpful and our vendors spoke highly of the agents. Newton fallowell's approach was to list our house at less than we wanted to generate interest and stir up competition. This was rather different from other agents and from our initial preference and, we felt, possibly influenced by an agent's natural desire for a quick sale. We took the chance, won over by their marketing style, and it happened to work. Zak is very engaging and energetic while Tom's calm confidence makes him gently persuasive yet leaving you feeling reassured. Tom worked his socks off, repeatedly answering emails when frankly all sane people are in bed! His attention to detail and quality of work were also excellent. We had some less than positive administrative experiences with their apprentice but these did improve. Our experience has been that all estate agents exaggerate, spin or even lie to a lesser or greater extent. I found Newton fallowell to be middle of the road on this. Their fee was middling too and they're no sale no fee like most reputable agents. We used EHL for conveyancing who they recommended. Whilst I was confident in the solicitor assigned to us we were extremely disappointed by the minimal and tardy service when she was on leave, which contributed to some stresses at the end. Was pleased to have facilitated the commission for Tom though! Thanks Tom and Zak! You deserve every continued success!
