GoogleRented a property found out they lied about a Guarantor just to get extra fees. Would never use again.
Hi Emma, In the case of your application, we began by following our normal process for someone in your circumstances and seeking a guarantor. After this, your landlord informed us that he was happy to proceed without a guarantor. We did not lie, there was simply a miscommunication. Kind regards, Reeds Rains Crossgates
